چكيده فارسي :
نظريه‌سازي و واكاوي فرآيند آن، از مسائل حوزۀ علم‌شناسي است. در پژوهش حاضر سعي شده است تا نوآوري چابك به‌عنوان يك نظريه ميان‌رشته‌اي بحث و بررسي شود. در ارائه نظريه نوآوري چابك مي‌توان آن را مجموعه‌اي از فرآيندها، ابزارها و روش‌ها در جهت بهبود توانايي واكنش سريع به نيازهاي متغير بازار و مشتريان، توام با كنترل هزينه‌ها و بهبود سطح كيفيت محصولات و خدمات است و اساس سازمان نوآور چابك را نيز مي‌توان فرآيند هم‌سو كردن كاركنان و فرآيندهاي كاري در يك نظام همگن، تعاملي و انعطاف‌پذير به‌منظور هوشمندسازي و دستيابي به مزيت برتري دانست. هدف پژوهش حاضر «ارائه نظريه نوآوري چابك» مي‌باشد كه پژوهشي كابردي است. در مرحله اول با بررسي كتابخانه‌اي و مصاحبه با افراد صاحب‌نظر و استفاده از نظرات خبرگان، با بهره‌گيري از روش تحليل مضمون، الگوي نوآوري چابك در 220 مضمون پايه، 36 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 6 مضمون فراگير احصاء گرديد. در مرحله دوم مدل ارائه شده در قالب يك پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته در اختيار 20 تن از خبرگان موضوع مديريت صنعتي قرار گرفت و پايايي آن بر 991/0 محاسبه و بر اساس آزمون تي‌‌تك نمونه‌اي مضامين تائيد شدند. بر اساس مدل ارائه شده، نظريه نوآوري چابك شامل شايستگي بُعد رويكرد (9 عامل)، بُعد شايستگي (8 عامل)، بُعد يكپارچگي (5 عامل)، بُعد پاسخ‌گويي (5 عامل)، بُعد همكاري (6 عامل) و بُعد پيامدي (3 عامل) است.

Theorizing and analyzing its process is one of the issues in the field of science. In the present study, an attempt has been made to discuss agile innovation as an interdisciplinary theory. In presenting the theory of agile innovation, it can be a set of processes, tools and methods to improve the ability to respond quickly to the changing needs of the market and customers, along with cost control and improving the quality of products and services. Employing employees and work processes in a homogeneous, interactive and flexible system in order to be smart and achieve superiority. The purpose of this study is to "present the theory of agile innovation" which is an applied research. In the first stage, by reviewing the library and interviewing experts and using the opinions of experts, using the content analysis method, the agile innovation model was counted in 220 basic themes, 36 organizing themes and 6 comprehensive themes. In the second stage, the model presented in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire was provided to 20 experts in the field of industrial management and its reliability was calculated at 0.991 and the samples of the topics were confirmed based on the TITK test. Based on the proposed model, agile innovation theory includes competency dimension of approach (9 factors), competency dimension (8 factors), integration dimension (5 factors), accountability dimension (5 factors), cooperation dimension (6 factors) and consequence dimension (3 factors).
