چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: هدف نهايي علم پزشكي تامين سلامت و تدام حيات بشري است اما در خلال روند كار، گاهي اوقات استفاده ابزارگونه از اعضا و جوارح و تحريف در ساختار طبيعي انسان ها، كرامت انساني مخدوش شده كه مصداق اتم اهانت تلقي مي شود .پژوهش حاضر در راستاي تبيين اين موضوع ، با هدف تبيين و واكاوي پديده اهانت در حوزه پزشكي از نگاه آموزه هاي اسلامي تدوين يافته است.
روش ها: پژوهش حاضر با روش توصيفي – تحليلي انجام پذيرفته و اطلاعات مورد نياز با استفاده از اسناد و مدارك معتبر گردآوري گرديده و با طبقه بندي و تحليل اطلاعات نسبت به تجزيه و تحليل مطالب اقدام شده است.
يافته ها: استفاده ابزاري از عمل شبيه سازي و تبديل شدن انسان هاي حاصل از علم شبيه سازي به كالا، ناقض كرامت و شخصيت انساني است. سقط جنين در هر مرتبه از مراتب آفرينش انسان ناقض لوازم كرامت انسان(حق حيات و سلامتي) است. بر اساس ادله نقلي و عقلي هيچ كدام از انواع قتل ترحمي جايز نيست و برچيدن حيات انساني مخالف فطرت و كرامت انساني است.بر اساس دانش جديد پزشكي، مرگ مغزي، همان مرگ واقعي است و استفاده از جسم بيماران با كرامت و شأنيت انساني سازگاري دارد.
نتيجه گيري: تحريف در روند طبيعي و مخدوش كردن كرامت ذاتي و لوازم آن در انسان به عنوان موهبت الهي و استفاده ابزارگونه از آنها باعث تنزل و سقوط مقام انساني به مرحله حيواني مي شود كه مصداقي از اهانت به شمار مي روند. در حوزه پزشكي(شبيه سازي،سقط جنين، قتل ترحمي و مرگ مغزي) هر گونه عملي كه استفاده ابزار گونه از انسان تلقي شود،ناقض كرامت انساني و لوازم آن(حق حيات و سلامتي) بوده و باعث هتك حرمت انسان شده كه مصداق اتم اهانت به شمار مي رود.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: The ultimate goal of medical science is to ensure the health and
continuity of human life, but during the work process, sometimes the instrumental use
of organs and joints and distortion of the natural structure of human beings, human
dignity is violated, which is considered an atom of insult. This issue has been
compiled with the aim of investigating the phenomenon of insult in the field of
medical science from the perspective of Islamic teachings.
Methods: The present study was conducted by descriptive-analytical method and the
required information was collected using valid and first-hand documents. The content
was analyzed by classifying and analyzing the information.
Results: The instrumental use of the practice of simulation and the transformation of
human beings from the science of simulation into a commodity violates human
dignity and personality. Abortion at any stage of human creation violates the
requirements of human dignity (right to life and health). According to narrative and
rational arguments, none of the types of murder is permissible and the dismantling of
human life is against human nature and dignity. According to new medical
knowledge, brain death is the real death and the use of patients' bodies is compatible
with human dignity.
Conclusion: Distortion in the natural process and distorting the inherent dignity and
its accessories in human beings as a divine gift and their instrumental use causes the
human status to be degraded to the animal stage, which are considered as an example
of insult. In the field of medical (simulation, abortion, murder and brain death), any
action that is considered as the use of human tools is a violation of human dignity and
its accessories (right to life and health) and has caused human dignity, which is an
example of the atom of insult.
