الگوي راهبردي فرماندهي و مديريتِ تراز انقلاب اسلامي در نيروهاي مسلح مبتني بر انديشه امامين انقلاب اسلامي

Strategic model of commanding and managing the level of the Islamic Revolution in the Armed Forces based on the thought of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution

انقلاب شكوهمند اسلامي ايران در افق بلندمدت، پايه‌گذاري تمدّن نوين اسلامي را هدف‌گذاري نموده است. طبيعتاً اهداف بزرگ، تشكيلاتي در حد خود را مي‌طلبد لذا در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي، نيروهاي مسلح به‌عنوان بازوان قدرتمند و اطمينان‌بخش مقام معظم رهبري امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) مي‌بايست در حدّ تراز انقلاب اسلامي ارتقاء يابند. از آنجائي‌كه آنچه مجموعه‌هاي نظامي را به معناي واقعي كارآمد مي‌كند، فرماندهي و مديريت است كه به‌مثابه بستر و محور نيروهاي مسلح مي‌باشد، هدف اصلي اين تحقيق دستيابي به الگوي راهبردي فرماندهي و مديريتِ تراز انقلاب اسلامي در نيروهاي مسلح مبتني بر انديشه امامين انقلاب اسلامي است. مبتني بر اين هدف، تحقيق حاضر از راهبرد پژوهشي آميختۀ اكتشافي بهره‌گيري نموده و بر مبناي روش نظريه‌پردازي داده‌بنياد غيرساختاريافته، داده‌هاي لازم از بيانات، پيام‌ها و تدابير امامين انقلاب اسلامي طي بازه زماني 1340 تا 1398 گردآوري گرديد كه بالغ بر 1000 صفحه متن توليد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تحليل كيفي MaxQDA12، اقدام به 3172 مورد، كدگذاري نموده است كه منجر به توليد 95 شاخص و 12 مؤلفه در قالب سه بُعدِ «بينش»، «منش» و «كنش» گرديد.

The glorious Islamic Revolution of Iran in the long run has aimed at establishing a new Islamic civilization. Naturally, great goals require an organization of its own, so in the second step of the Islamic Revolution, the armed forces, as the powerful and reassuring arms of the Supreme Leader of Imam Khamenei (as), must be raised to the level of the Islamic Revolution. It is really effective, command and management, which is the bedrock and axis of the armed forces. The main purpose of this study is to achieve a strategic model of command and management of the Islamic Revolution in the armed forces based on the ideas of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution. Based on this goal, the present study utilized a mixed exploratory research strategy and based on the data theorizing method of unstructured foundation, the necessary data were collected from the statements, messages and measures of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution during the period 1340 to 1398, which produced over 1000 pages of text. The use of MaxQDA12 quality analysis software has encoded 3172 items, which resulted in the production of 95 indicators and 12 components in the form of three dimensions of "insight", "character" and "action".
