بررسي ادراك مشاوران مدرسه از نقش حرفه‌اي‌شان

Study of school counselors’ perceptions on their professional role

علي‌رغم حركت توسعه‌يافته‌ي برنامه‌هاي راهنمايي و مشاوره در مدارس ايران در طي پنجاه سال گذشته، هنوز جايگاه حرفه‌اي مشاوران در مدارس، در وضعيت مطلوب نيست. اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي ادراك مشاوران مدارس از نقش حرفه‌اي‌شان، به‌ روش كيفي از نوع تحليل مضمون انجام شده است. در اين مطالعه نُه نفر از مشاوران مدارس با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و گلوله‌ي برفي انتخاب شدند. داده‌هاي حاصل از مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه ساختاريافته، بر اساس روش تحليل مضمون براون و كلارك مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده چهار مضمون اصلي به دست آمد كه عبارتند از: كاركردهاي حرفه‌اي نقش، تسهيل‌كننده‌هاي نقش، ابهام نقش و سردرگمي نقش. ادراك صحيح و اثربخش مشاوران مدرسه از نقش حرفه‌اي خود، به تأثيرگذاري بيشتر آن‌ها و همكاري همه جانبه با معلمان، مديران و خانواده‌ها در جهت ارتقا رشدي دانش‌آموزان خواهد انجاميد. نتيجه‌ي اين آگاهي بخشي در حوزه‌هاي رشد تحصيلي، شغلي و شخصي/اجتماعي داش‌آموزان به‌طور موفقيت‌آميزي نمايان خواهد شد.

Despite the developed movement of guidance and counseling programs in Iranian schools over the past 50 years, the professional status of counselors in schools is not optimal. This study aimed to investigate was conducted the perception of school counselors from their professional role, using qualitative method and theme analysis of type. In this study, 9 school counselors were selected using purposives and snow ball sampling method. Data collected from semi-structured interviews were analyzed, using Brown and Clark theme analysis method. According to the results obtained, four main themes were obtained which include; professional role functions, role facilitators, role ambiguity and role confusion. The correct and effective perception of school counselors from their professional role will lead to their greater effectiveness and comprehensive cooperation with teachers, principals and families in order to promote the development of students. The result of this awareness will be achieved successfully in the areas of academic, professional and personal/social development areas of students
