چكيده فارسي :
ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ي ﻫﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اي، ﻧﻈﺎم اداري و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آن اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﯾﻬﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻈﺎم اداري ﻧﺎﻣﻄﻠﻮب و ﻧﺎﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه و زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎز ﻋﺪم ﺗﺤﻘﻖ اﻫﺪاف ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾـﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ اﻟﮕﻮي راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﻮﺗﻮﻟﻪ ﭘﺮوري در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﺣﯿﺚ روش، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮐ ﻠﯿـ ﮥ ﻣـﺪ ﯾﺮان، ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﯿﻦ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن رده ﻫﺎي ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 356 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮآورد و ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑـﺰار ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋـﺎت، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﻮد. ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧـﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫـ ﺎي PLS3 و SPSS ﺑـﺎ روش ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﻠّﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﻣﺤﻮري ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد، ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﻣﺤﻮري ﺑﺮ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨـﺎداري دارد ، ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ زﻣﯿﻨـﻪ اي و ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﮔﺮ ﺑﺮ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارﻧﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي ﮐﻮﺗﻮﻟﻪ ﭘﺮوري ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the foundations of the development of any society is its administrative system and management. It is obvious that an unfavorable and inefficient administrative system can facilitate and pave the way for the non-realization of the goals of development programs. The main purpose of this study was to explaining the strategic pattern of dwarf breeding management in Iranian government organizations. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was all managers, deputies and high-level experts of Iranian government organizations. The statistical sample size was estimated to be 356 people using Cochran's formula and were selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The research hypotheses were tested using PLS3 and SPSS software by structural equation modeling. The results showed that causal conditions have a positive and significant effect on the pivotal phenomenon, pivotal phenomenon has a positive and significant effect on strategies, contextual and intervening conditions have a positive and significant effect on strategies and also strategies have a positive and significant effect on dwarfism outcomes
