مدل‌يابي روابط ساختاري ميان جامعه‌محوري پليس و شادكامي با توجه به نقش واسطه‌اي احساس امنيت اجتماعي در شهروندان استان ايلام

Modelling the Structural Relationships between Police Community-orientation and Happiness, Given the Mediatory Role of Social Security Feeling among Ilam Province Citizens

هدف و زمينه: شادكامي از جمله خلقيات اساسي در زندگي فرد است و نقش مهمي در چارچوب حيات رواني و اجتماعي او بازي مي ­كند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوي شادكامي شهروندان استان ايلام بر اساس جامعه­ محوري پليس و ميانجي­ گري احساس امنيت اجتماعي بود. روش­­ تحقيق: تحقيق حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كليه شهروندان 18 تا 65 سال استان ايلام در سال 1400-1399 با حجم نمونه 400 نفر و نحوه نمونه­ گيري خوشه­ اي تصادفي بود. گردآوري داده­ هاي پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه­ هاي استاندارد پليس جامعه­ محور، احساس امنيت اجتماعي و شادكامي، صورت گرفت. تجزيه و تحليل ­داده­ ها در اين پژوهش با نرم­افزار amos 19و spss 21با استفاده از آزمون مدل­يابي معادلات ساختاري انجام شد. يافته ­ها و نتيجه‌گيري: يافته ­هاي مرحله تدوين مدل نشان داد شاخص­ هاي برازش مدل، مناسب مي ­باشند. مطابق با اين مدل، ارتباط غيرمستقيم پليس جامعه­ محور و شادكامي اجتماعي از طريق احساس امنيت اجتماعي معني­ دار بود. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه پليس جامعه­ محور بر شادكامي و احساس امنيت اجتماعي اثر مستقيم داشت، علاوه براين، احساس امنيت اجتماعي بر شادكامي اجتماعي به صورت مستقيم اثرگذار بود. در مجموع پليس جامعه­ محور به واسطه احساس امنيت اجتماعي به عنوان يك ميانجي با نفوذ مي­ تواند بر شادكامي اجتماعي تأثيرگذار باشد. بنابراين نيروهاي امنيتي و انتظامي با بهره ­گيري از رويكرد جامعه­­ محوري در انجام وظايف خود مي ­توانند زمينه ­ساز افزايش احساس امنيت و شادكامي اجتماعي در شهروندان شوند.

Background and Aim: Happiness is one of the basic moods in a person's life and plays an important role in the framework of his psychological and social life. The present study aims at providing a model of happiness for Ilam province citizens based on the police community-orientation and mediation of social security feeling. Research method: The present study, in terms of aim, was of applied type and in terms of descriptive method was of correlational type. The statistical population of this study included Ilam province citizens aged 18 to 65 years in 2020-2021 with a sample size of 400 persons, using random clusters sampling method. Research data was collected using standard questionnaires of community-oriented police, social security feeling and happiness. Data analysis in this study was conducted using “amos 19” and “SPSS 21” and using structural equation modeling test. Findings and Conclusion: The findings of the modeling stage indicated that the model fit indices are appropriate. According to this model, the indirect relationship between community-oriented police and social happiness through social security feeling was significant. The results also showed that community-oriented police had a direct impact on happiness and social security feeling, in addition, social security feeling had a direct impact on social happiness. In general, community-oriented police may affect social happiness via social security feeling as an influential mediator. Therefore, the security and police forces may pave the ground for increasing security feeling and social happiness among citizens, by using a community-oriented approach in performing their duties
