طراحي مدل سياستگذاري مطبوعات با تاكيد بر توسعه زنان با استفاده از نظريه بر پايه كلاسيك

دنياي امروز مطبوعات همزمان در رقابت با رسانه هاي مختلف ، هنوز جايگاه خود را از دست نداده اند و مي توانند به وظايف ذاتي شان از جمله در جهت آگاهي بخشي بپردازند. همچنين با توجه به اينكه زنان نيمي از جمعيت كشور مي باشند واهميت نقش بانوان در توسعه جوامع و پايين بودن نرخ شاخص بين المللي توسعه زنان انجام مطالعه در اين زمينه ضروري به نظر مي رسد. اين تحقيق در حوزه سياستگذاري رسانه مكتوب (مطبوعات) تلاش نموده كه در راستاي موضوع اصلي تحقيق الگويي با تاكيد برتوسعه انساني زنان ارائه دهد . در اين پژوهش از روش تحقيق كيفي و نظريه برپايه كالسيك (گليزر) استفاده شده است. به اين منظور با 13 نفر از متخصصان و صاحبنظران در زمينه هاي سياستگذاري و مطبوعات و زنان كه بصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند، مصاحبه عميق و نيمه ساخت يافته بعمل آمد . براساس تحليل داده هاي بدست آمده از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته و مدل بدست آمده از تحقيق، مقوله هاي اشباع شده عبارتند از: قوانين و سياست ها، نهادسازي، مديريت و رهبري، فرهنگ سازي و دروني كردن ارزش ها، اقدامات محتوايي و آينده نگري.

In this regard, this article describes the qualitative method based on the classical (data of the Glaser Foundation) in the form of a report on the implementation of the doctoral dissertation. In this research, classical theory (Glaser) is used because in this approach, unlike other approaches of theory based, there is a lack of theory and the researcher's preconceptions are suspended and the problem appears from the data and it is the data that They reveal the theory This research is important because by conducting this study, the existing policies of the country and the measures taken in this field will be examined and analyzed based on the opinion of experts to determine the consequences for using or not usingwomen's capabilities. The components of attitude change, popular institutions, motivation by managers, needs assessment, use of new technologies and audience research were identified and finally It can be concluded that press policy with emphasis on the human development of women should be based on the self-direction of the press in order to draw a vision of development in society.
