چكيده فارسي :
در ﺳﺎل 2021، ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪه در ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه وﺑﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻢ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﮐﻼرﯾﻮﯾﺖ آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺘﯿﮑﺲ، در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﺳﻪ ﺣﻮزه ﻋﻠﻮم، ﻋﻠﻮم اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻋﻠﻮم اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻼوه ﻫﻨﺮ، ﭘﻨﺞ ﮐﺸﻮر ﻧﺨﺴﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ، ﭼﯿﻦ، اﻧﮕﻠﺴﺘﺎن، آﻟﻤﺎن و اﯾﺘﺎﻟﯿﺎ ﺑﻮده اﻧﺪ. ﭼﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ 24 /7درﺻﺪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ در اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﺣﻮزه ﻋﻠﻮم ﺑﺮﺗﺮ از اﻣﺮﯾﮑﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ 23 /1 درﺻﺪي ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺻﺮف ﻧﻈﺮ از رﺷﺪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﭼﺸﻤﮕﯿﺮ ﭼﯿﻦ، دو ﮐﺸﻮر ﻫﻨﺪ و ﻋﺮﺑﺴﺘﺎن ﺳﻌﻮدي، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ رﺷﺪ را در اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در ﻃﻮل ﺳﻪ ﺳﺎل اﺧﯿﺮ داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﺟﻤﻬﻮري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان، در ﺳﺎﻟﻬﺎي 2019و2020 ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ 1/9درﺻﺪي داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ اﻣﺎ در ﺳﺎل 2021ﺑﻪ 1/8 درﺻﺪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻌﺪاد اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﻨﺘﺸﺮ ﺷﺪه اﯾﺮان در ﺣﻮزه ﻋﻠﻮم 50900) 2/05درﺻﺪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺷﺎﻧﺰدﻫﻢ ﺟﻬﺎن(، در ﻋﻠﻮم اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ 4296) 1 /00درﺻﺪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﯿﺴﺖ و ﻧﻬﻢ ﺟﻬﺎن( و در ﻋﻠﻮم اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﻫﻨﺮ 273) 0/27درﺻﺪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺳﯽ و ﻫﺸﺘﻢ ﺟﻬﺎن( و در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 52230) 1/89درﺻﺪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺷﺎﻧﺰدﻫﻢ( ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎل ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﯿﻼدي )2020(، رﺗﺒﻪ اﯾﺮان ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮي ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﺿﻤﻦ، در ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ اﺳﺘﻨﺎدي ﻧﺸﺮﯾﺎت ﻧﻮﻇﻬﻮر ESCI)(، ﺑﺎ ﺛﺒﺖ 12043ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ و ﺳﻬﻢ ﺳﻪ درﺻﺪي ﺟﻬﺎن، اﯾﺮان در رﺗﺒﻪ دوازدﻫﻢ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﯾﻦ اﺳﻨﺎد ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﺮان ﺑﺎ 794ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﭘﺮارﺟﺎع و 73 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ داغ ﭼﺎپ ﺷﺪه در ﺳﺎل 2021، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺳﻬﻢ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺘﯽ 3/4درﺻﺪي و 3/2 درﺻﺪي داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. رﺗﺒﻪ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ اﯾﺮان در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﭘﺮارﺟﺎع و داغ 16ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﻧﺸﺮﯾﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻣﻘﺎﻻت اﯾﺮان در آﻧﻬﺎ زﯾﺎد اﺳﺖ، در ﭼﺎرﮐﻬﺎي اول و دوم )Q1 وQ2 ( ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺳﻪ ﻧﺎﺷﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﻮر ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ اﻟﺰوﯾﺮ، اﺷﭙﺮﯾﻨﮕﺮ- ﻧﯿﭽﺮ و واﯾﻠﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﺸﺎر 16549، 10847 و 4276 ﺳﻨﺪ، ﻧﻘﺶ اول را در اﻧﺘﺸﺎرات اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﯾﺮان داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﺸﺎر 4468) 8/5درﺻﺪ ﮐﺸﻮر( و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﺸﺎر 4155) 8/0درﺻﺪ ﮐﺸﻮر( ﺳﻨﺪ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮ ﺗﯿﺐ در ﻣﻘﺎم اول و دوم داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﻮر از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﻤﯿﺖ ّ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﺳﻬﻢ اﯾﻦ دو داﻧﺸﮕﺎه در ﻃﻮل ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﺎل ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﻫﻤﻮاره ﺷﺎﻧﺰده درﺻﺪ اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺑﻬﺸﺘﯽ، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﻣﺪرس و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ اﯾﺮان، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ، رﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻮم ﺗﺎ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده اﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In 2021, according to the number of indexes recorded on the Web of Science of the Clarivate Analytics Institute of Scientific Information, in a total of three fields of science, social sciences and humanities and art, the top five countries in terms of their participation in the production of scientific documents are USA, China, England, Germany and Italy, respectively. China has a 24.1% contribution of scientific indexed documents in the field of top science from the US with a 23.1% contribution. Despite the dramatic growth of China, India and Saudi Arabia have had the largest growth in scientific documents in the last three years. The Islamic Republic of Iran, in 2019 and 2020, had a participation rate of 1.91 percent, but in 2021 it has decreased to 1.89 percent. The number of Iranian scientific documents was 50900 (2.05% of the world value and rank of 16) in science, 4296 (1.00% of the world value and rank of 29) in social sciences, 273 (0.27% of the world value and rank of 37) in art and humanities, and 5230 (1.89% of the world value and rank of 16) in total, in 2021. Compared to the previous year (2020), Iran's ranking has not changed. In Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), by recording 12043 indexes and 3.0 percent of contribution in the World, Iran is located in 12 ranks as before. Iran, with 794 highly-cited articles and 73 hot articles published in 2021, had a global contributing of 3.4 percent and 3.2 percent, respectively. Iran ranks 16th in the total of most highly-cited and hot articles. Most of the publications with a large number of Iranian articles are in the first and second quarters (Q1 and Q2). The three internationally famous publishers Elsevier, Springer-Nature and Wiley, have published 16,549, 10847 and 4276 scientific documents of Iran, respectively. Tehran University of Medical Sciences with the publication of 4468 (8.5% of the country) and the University of Tehran with the publication of 4155 (0.8% of the country) scientific documents are ranked first and second in the country, respectively, in terms of quantity of scientific documents. The contribution of these two universities during the last five years has always been sixteen percent of the country's scientific documents. Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tarbiat Modares University and Iran University of Medical Sciences are ranked third to fifth, respectively.
