Leadership and Public Diplomacy in the Islamic republic of iran

ديپلماسي عمومي به‌عنوان ابزاري مؤثر جهت نيل به اهداف سياست خارجي محسوب مي‌شود. در ايران نيز از اين مؤلفه بهره‌برداري مي‌گردد. آنچه محور اين پژوهش قرار گرفته بررسي جايگاه و نقش مقام معظم رهبري در جهت‌دهي به افكار عمومي ساير ملت‌ها به منظور صيانت از ارزش‌هاي اسلام و انقلاب است. يافته تحقيق مبتني بر روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي گوياي آن است كه مقام معظم رهبري با توجه به جايگاه خود در ساختار سياسي ـ حقوقي كشور، مرجعيت ديني و برخورداري از شأن ولايت فقيه با بهره‌گيري از شيوه‌هاي گفتمان‌سازي، اعتباربخشي، اقناع‌سازي و مديريت تصوير و از طريق ابزارهاي ارتباطي، ارسال پيام و نامه به مخاطبين، نقش تعيين كننده‌اي در جهت تأمين منافع كشور و جهان اسلام گام برداشته است.

Public diplomacy is one of the effective factors to achieve Iranchr('39')s foreign policy goals. The position and role of the Supreme Leader in directing the public opinion of other nations in order to preserve the values of Islam and the revolution is of great importance. In this article, in response to the main question, what is the role of the regime leadership in activating, strengthening and efficiency of public diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to ensure the interests of Iran and the Islamic world? This hypothesis was tested that the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, considering his position in the political-legal structure of the country, played a decisive role in activating, strengthening and efficiency of public diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran via discourse, accreditation, persuasion and image management.
