اﻧﺴﺎن ﻣﻮﺟﻮدي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺑﻮده و ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎي او ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﻨﻮﻋﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺨﺴﺘﻴﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط اﻓﺮاد در ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺷﻜﻞ ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮد ﻛﻪ در ﻣﺄﻣﻨﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎم ﺧﺎﻧﻪ، ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ زﻣﺎن را در ﻛﻨﺎر ﻫﻢ روزﮔﺎر ﻣﻲﮔﺬراﻧﻨﺪ. در اﻳ ﻦ ﻣﻴﺎن آﻧﭽﻪ ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺴﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ارزش را دارد، آراﻣﺶ اﺳﺖ. ﭼﺮا ﻛﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺴـﺎنﻫﺎ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ ﻓﺮاﺗﺮ از ﻳﻚ ﺳﺮﭘﻨﺎه دارد و ﺑﻪﺗﺒﻊ آن، ﻃﺮاﺣـﺎن ﺳﻌﻲ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ راهﺣـﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در رﻓﻊ ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎي اﻧﺴﺎن، ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ را ﺑﻴﺎﻓﺮﻳﻨﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ آراﻣﺶ در آن ﺗﺒﻠﻮر ﻳﺎﺑﺪ. ﭘﺲ ﺑﺮاي رﺳﻴﺪن ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻬﻢ ارزشﻫﺎ و ﺑﺎورﻫﺎي اﻧﺴﺎنﻫﺎ ، از ﻧﻜﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ در ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﻗﺮار ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮد. ﺗﺎ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻣﺴﻜﻮﻧﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻً ﺑﺎ ﻫﻮﻳﺖ اﺷﺨﺎص ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮي ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖﻫﺎﻳﺸﺎن ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﺳﺆال ﻣﻬﻢ روﻳﻜﺮد اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اﺳﺖ : ﭼﺮا ﻣﻲﺧﻮاﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺎزم؟ ﻛﺠﺎ ﻣﻲﺧﻮاﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺎزم؟ و ﺑﺮاي ﭼﻪ ﻛﺴﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻲﺧﻮاﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺎزم؟ در ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﻣﺴﻜﻦ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎ ي داﺧﻠﻲ و ﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎي ﺑﻴﺮوﻧﻲ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد، ﺗﺎ رﺿﺎﻳﺖ اﻓﺮاد از ﻣﻜﺎن ﻣﺴﻜﻮﻧ ﻲ و ﺑﻪﺗﺒﻊ آن آراﻣﺶ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ آﻳﺪ. در ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎي داﺧﻠﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ، اﻗﻠﻴﻢ، ﻧﻴﺎزﻫﺎ و ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد و در ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎي ﺑﻴﺮوﻧﻲ ﻣﺆ ﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﻈﺮ و ﻣﻜﺎنﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺮ ﺑﻮم و ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻫﺮﻛﺪام از ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ و ﺑﻪﺗﺒﻊ آن زﻳﺮﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﻨ ﺪ اوﻟﻮﻳﺖﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﻮﻧﺪ.

Man is a social being and one of his most important needs is to interact with fellow humans. The first communication of people is formed in the family, where they spend the most time together in a safe place called home. Meanwhile, what has the highest value for humans in peace. Because a house means more than a shelter for humans, and accordingly, designers try to create an environment where peace crystallizes with effective solutions to meet human needs. So, to achieve this goal, the values and beliefs of people are important points in the design. So that the residential environment, which is usually related to the identity of people, can respond to their activities. The answer to three important questions is the approach of this article: Why do I want to build? Where do I want to build? an‎d for whom do I want to make it? In the design of the housing, attention is paid to both the internal and external spaces, so that people's satisfaction with the residential place and, as a result, peace is achieved. In the interior spaces, attention is paid to the elements of culture, climate, needs, and geometry, and in the exterior spaces, the elements of landscape and location are considered. Each of the components and sub-components can be prioritized according to each canvas and substrate.
