تحليل تحولات فضايي و كالبدي پيراشهر متأثر از گسترش روابط با شهر بم

Analysis of Spatial and Physical Developments in Urban Peripheral Affected by the Expansion of Relations with Bam

در شكل پذيري و تحول سكونتگاه هاي روستايي، عوامل و نيروهاي متفاوت و متنوعي نقش دارد كه هركدام از اين عوامل و نيروها، تاثيرات مثبت يا منفي را مي تواند ايجاد نمايد. عوامل به نوعي متاثر از تعامل و ارتباط دو عرصه سكونتي شهر و روستا با يكديگر هستند كه امروزه بيشتر مي توان شاهد تأثير گسترش شهر بر روستاها بود. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي تحولات فضايي و كالبدي گسترش روابط شهر بم با روستاهاي پيرامون است. روش تحقيق توصيفي-تحليلي و مبتني بر جمع آوري داده‌هاي ميداني از طريق ابزار پرسش‌نامه است. روايي پرسشنامه از طريق نظرسنجي از نخبگان بررسي و پايايي آن نيز با آلفاي كرونباخ با بيشتر از 75/0 تاييد شد. جامعه آماري را جمعيت خانوارهاي چهار روستاي بيداران، خواجه عسگر، هزاران و حمزه اي بالغ بر 2248 خانوار تشكيل داده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران، 250 خانوار تعيين شد. نتيجه نشان داد در ميان روستاهاي پيراشهري، روستاي بيدران با 25 هكتار و روستاي خواجه عسكر با 6 هكتار بيشترين و كمترين گسترش را داشته است. نزديكي به شهر بم و تبديل اين روستاها به محل گذران اوقات فراغت و تعطيلات آخر هفته ازدلايل اصلي اين گسترش است. نتيجه آزمون كاي اسكوئر در سطح معناداري كمتر از 05/0 مؤيد اين بود كه روستاهاي پيراشهري از الگوي مسكن شهري تاثيرپذيري زيادي داشته است؛ اين تغييرات معلول تغيير بافت كالبدي روستاها و سمت و سو يافتن آنها به سوي زندگي غير مولد و مصرفي شهر است. همچنين نتيجه آزمون از تاثير گسترش شهر بم در رونق ساخت و سازها در روستاهاي پيراشهري مورد مطالعه اشاره دارد. گسترش خانه هاي دوم گردشگري در نتيجه روابط شهر و روستاهاي پيرامون، از ديگر تحولات كالبدي-فضايي قابل مشاهده است و ميزان مراجعه به شهر بم از سوي روستاهاي پيراشهري در سطح معناداري كمتر از 05/0 نيز زياد ارزيابي شده است.

Different factors and forces play a role in the formation and evolution of rural settlements, and each of these factors and forces can have positive or negative effects. But all these factors are somehow affected by the interaction and relationship between the two residential areas of the city and the village with each other that today we see more of the impact of urban development on villages. The purpose of this study is to investigate the spatial and physical developments of the development of relations between Bam city and periphery villages. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on the collection of field data through a questionnaire. The validity of the elite questionnaire was examined and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha greater than 0.75. The statistical population consists of the population of families in the four villages of Bidaran, Khajeh Asgar, Hazaran and Hamzeh amounting to 2248 families. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula, 250 households. The result showed that among the urban villages, Bidran village with 25 hectares and Khajeh Askar village with 6 hectares had the highest and lowest expansion. Proximity to the city of Bam and turning these villages into places for leisure and weekends are the main reasons for this expansion. The result of Chi-square test at a significance level of less than 0.05 showed that Pirashahri villages had a great impact on the urban housing model. These changes are due to the change in the physical fabric of the villages and their orientation towards unproductive and consuming life in the city. The test result also indicates the impact of the expansion of Bam city on the construction boom in the studied villages of Pirashahri.
