چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي شايستگي هاي لازم براي ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگيان در رشتة آموزش ابتدايي انجام شده است. روش پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، كاربردي، به لحاظ نحوة گردآوري اطلاعات، از نوع آميخته است. جامعة آماري پژوهش متخصصان تعليم و تربيت، خبرگان دانشگاهي و فارغ التحصيلاني است كه با دانشگاه فرهنگيان و شايستگي هاي لازم براي ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگيان آشنايي دارند. روش نمونه گيري در بخش كيفي غير احتمالي و هدفمند بود. بر اين اساس، 18 نفر از استادان، متخصصان و فارغ التحصيلان دانشگاه فرهنگيان در پژوهش شركت كردند. روش گردآوري اطلاعات در بخش كيفي، مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختمند بوده است. روش نمونه‌گيري در بخش كمي، نمونه‌گيري خوشه اي بوده است كه بدين ترتيب، 320 نفر انتخاب شدند. نتايج پژوهش به طراحي الگوي شايستگي‌هاي لازم براي ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگيان در رشتة ابتدايي در 6 حيطة منجر شد كه عبارت‌اند از شايستگي هاي دانشي (دانش پايه اي، دانش زمين هاي، دانش عمومي)، شايستگي هاي ارتباطي (مهارت سخنوري، مهارت شنيداري، مهارت برقراري ارتباط با كودكان، برقراري ارتباط با افراد به زبان محلي، مهارت كارگروهي)، شايستگي هاي ادراكي (تفكر سيستمي، تفكر منطقي، تفكر انتقادي، تفكر خلاق، توانايي استدلال، توانايي حل مسئله)، شايستگي‌هاي اجرايي (مهارت برنامه ريزي، مهارت مديريت زمان، مهارت خواندن و نوشتن و مهارت هنري)، شايستگي هاي شخصيتي و اخلاقي (گشودگي، نگرش مثبت، خودراهبري، اعتماد به نفس، محبت و مهرباني، صبر و حوصله، نظم و انضباط، پشتكار و اراده، ايثار و فداكاري، صداقت)، و شايستگي هاي نگرشي (علاقه و انگيزه نسبت به شغل معلمي، اعتقاد به نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران، علاقه به علم و علم اندوزي، عشق و علاقه به كودكان) شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is to identify the competencies required for entering primary education program of Farhangian University. The research method implemented in this applied study has been mixed-method. The statistical population includes educational experts, academic experts and graduates who are familiar with the competencies required for entering Farhagian University. Accordingly, 18 faculty members, experts and graduates of Farhangian University were selected as the sample of the study. The sampling method used in the qualitative section is non-probable and purposeful and qualitative method of data collection is semi-structured interview. The sampling method in the quantitative section is cluster sampling and 320 people were selected as the sample of the study. The results led to the design of a model regarding the competencies required for entering primary education program of Farhangian University in six categories. 1) knowledge competencies (basic, background and general), 2) communication skills (oral skills, listening skills, skills needed for communicating with children and local people and teamwork ), 3) perceptual competencies (systematic thinking, logical thinking, critical thinking, creative thinking, reasoning and problem solving), 4) executive competencies (planning skills, time management, reading and writing skills and art), 5) personality and moral competencies (openness, positive attitude, self-direction, self-esteem, kindness, patience, discipline, perseverance, self-sacrifice, and honesty), 6) attitudinal competencies (showing interest in and motivation for the teaching as a profession, believing in Islamic Republic of Iran values, good values and beliefs, being interested in science and education, being interested in working with children).
