چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي وﻓﺎق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻧﻔﺎق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻟﺤﺎظ دادهﻫﺎ ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه ﮐﻤﯽ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺤﻮه اﺟﺮا، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻤﻪ ٴ◌ اﺳﺘﺎدان و ﮐﺎرﻣﻨﺪان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 2600 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﻧﺴﺒﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺗﻌﺪاد 334 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﺳﺘﺎدان و ﮐﺎرﻣﻨﺪان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، از روش ﺻﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ دروﻧﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ )آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. داده ﻫﺎي ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي Spss و Amos ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ژوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ: وﻓﺎق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي آن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد، ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻧﻔﺎق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻻن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي وﻓﺎق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ وﯾﮋهاي داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﺷﺎن ﻧﻔﺎق را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational consensus components on reducing organizational divisiveness. The method of the present study is quantitative in terms of the data collection and based on the descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the study included all university professors and employees of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences totaling to 2600 people. Using relative stratified sampling method and Cochran's formula, 334 professors and staff of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences were selected. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, the formal and content method and to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and Amos software programs. The results of data analysis showed that organizational harmony and its components including trust, organizational spirituality and moral intelligence are effective in reducing organizational divisiveness. Finally, using the obtained results, it is suggested that university administrators and officials pay special attention to the components of organizational harmony in order to reduce divisions in their organization.
