چكيده فارسي :
دكترين تربيت و آموزش مجموعه‌اي از اصول راهنمايي است كه هدايت‌كننده عملكرد و اقدامات براي تحقق اهداف و چشم‌انداز تربيت و آموزش كاركنان و توانمندسازي استعدادهاي ظاهري و باطني آنان در راستاي رشد، تعالي، شكوفاسازي و بالفعل رساندن امور بالقوه و نيل به كمال مطلوب اوست. پژوهش فرارو بر اساس موضوعي كه براي آن تعريف شده است به تدوين الزامات دكترين تربيت و آموزش سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامي مي پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توسعه‌اي- كاربردي و با رويكرد تحقيق آميخته و استفاده از روش موردي- زمينه اي انجام شده است. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها ابتدا با انجام مطالعات نظري، بررسي‌هاي اسنادي و همچنين نشست‌هاي خبرگي مباني و عوامل مؤثر بر تدوين دكترين راهبردي تربيت و آموزش سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامي شناسايي شد. براي استخراج مفاهيم دكتريني از روش تحليل محتوا و كدگذاري‌هاي داده‌بنياد استفاده شده و براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده از روش‌هاي كمي آماري، جداول توزيع فراواني و نمودارهاي استنباطي براي تشريح و تبيين پاسخ هاي داده‌شده به سؤالات، استفاده گرديد. در ادامه با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي تخصصي آماري و نيز نرم افزارهاي مربوطه همچون spss، excel نسبت به آزمون گيري و بررسي اصول و الزامات، اقدام شد. در نهايت، بر اساس تجزيه‌وتحليل اسنادي و مباني و عوامل مؤثر بر تدوين دكترين راهبردي تربيت و آموزش سپاه پاسداران، الزامات تحقق اصول 12 گانه دكترين راهبردي تربيت و آموزش سپاه ، 70 عنوان تأييد گرديد.
چكيده لاتين :
The doctrine of training and education is a set of guiding principles that guide the performance and actions to achieve the goals and vision of training, educating employees and empowering their outward and inward talents in order to grow, excel, flourish, and realize potential and achieve their desired perfection. Fararo research, based on the subject defined for it, formulates the requirements of the doctrine of training and education of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.The present research is of developmental-applied type and is mixed with research approach and using case-based method. In order to analyze the data, first, by conducting theoretical studies, documentary studies, as well as expert meetings, the foundations and factors affecting the development of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps were identified.To extract doctrinal concepts, content analysis and data coding of the foundation were used, and to analyze the collected data, quantitative statistical methods, frequency distribution tables and inferential diagrams were used to explain the answers to the questions. Then, using specialized statistical software as well as related software such as SPSS, Excel, the principles and requirements were tested and reviewed.Finally, based on the analysis of documentary analysis and the principles and factors affecting the development of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the Revolutionary Guards, the requirements for fulfilling the 12 principles of the strategic doctrine of training and education of the Revolutionary Guards, 70 titles were approved.
