تدوين الگوي مشاركت دستگاه‌ها و نهادها با نظام تعليم و تربيت رسمي و عمومي (مطالعه‌اي به روش فراتركيب)

(Develop a Model for the Participation of Institutions and Institutions with the Formal and Public Education System (A Meta-Synthesis Study

امروزه موضوع آموزش و پرورش در دنيا به يك بحث مهم براي توسعة پايدار تبديل شده است و در اين ميان صاحبنظران محور اصلي اين توسعه را مشاركت مستمر سازمان‌ها و نهادها با آموزش و پرورش مي‌دانند. هدف از اين پژوهش شناسايي الگوي مشاركت سازمان‌ها و نهادهاي با نظام تعليم و تربيت كشور بود. پژوهش حاضر از ديد هدف در زمرة تحقيقات توسعه‌اي و از ديد طرح پژوهش جزء طرح‌هاي پژوهش كيفي بود. در اين مطالعه از روش فراتركيب براي يكپارچه‌سازي مطالعات و ايجاد يافته‌هاي جامع و تفسيري استفاده شد. در اين تحقيق مقالات و كتب داخلي و خارجي مرتبط با حوزة تعليم و تربيت و به‌خصوص مشاركت در تعليم و تربيت، بين سال‌هاي 2000 تا 2020 انتخاب و بررسي شدند كه پس از جمع‌بندي و بررسي كلي 29 مقاله تحليل شد. در نهايت، نتايج تجزيه و تحليل پس از بررسي مقولات اوليه و ثانويه 9 شيوة كلي مشاركت در آموزش و پرورش را شناسايي كرد كه شامل مشاركت در توسعه تكنولوژي، مشاركت تحقيق و توسعه، مشاركت در منابع انساني، مشاركت در ارزشيابي، مشاركت در پياده‌سازي، مشاركت در برنامه‌ريزي، مشاركت در پاسخگويي، مشاركت مالي، و مشاركت اطلاعاتي بود. بنابراين، با توجه به ابعاد شناسايي‌شده در تحقيق حاضر بايد مديران و مسئولان در هر سازمان، نحوة مشاركت خود را در آموزش و پرورش شناسايي كرده و با اين كار سهم مشاركت خود در اين سازمان را ايفا كنند.

Today, the issue of education in the world has become an important issue for sustainable development In the meantime; experts consider the main axis of this development to be the continuous participation of organizations and institutions with education. The purpose of this study was to identify the pattern of participation of organizations and institutions with the country's education system. The present study was a developmental research in terms of purpose and a qualitative research in terms of research design. In this study, the Meta-synthesis method was used to integrate the studies and create comprehensive and interpretive findings. In this study, Persian and Latin articles and books related to the field of education, especially participation in education, were selected and reviewed between 2000 and 2020. After summarizing and reviewing 29 articles, they were analyzed. Finally, the results of the analysis, after examining the primary and secondary categories, identified 10 general methods of participation in education Including: Participation in technology development, Participation in research and development, Participation in human resources, Participation in relation to the environment, Participation in evaluation, Participation in implementation, Participation in planning, Participation in Accountability, Financial partnership, Information participation.Therefore, according to the dimensions identified in the present study, it is necessary for managers and officials in each organization to identify how they participate in education and thus play their part in this organization.
