نقش افزايش ظرفيت جذب دانش از طريق ارتباطات با نقش ميانجي اعتماد و تسهيم دانش (مطالعه موردي : دانشگاه مجازي شيراز)

The Role of Increasing the Capacity to Absorb Knowledge Through Communication with the Mediating Role of Trust and Knowledge Sharing (case study: Shiraz Virtual University)

مطالعه حاضر يك پژوهش توصيفي-پيمايشي است كه با هدف بررسي افزايش ظرفيت جذب دانش از طريق ارتباطات با نقش ميانجي اعتماد و تسهيم دانش (مطالعه موردي : دانشگاه مجازي شيراز) صورت پذيرفته است. جامعه و نمونه آماري اين تحقيق را همه كاركنان دانشگاه مجازي شيراز تشكيل مي‌دهند كه تعداد آن‌ها برابر با 68 نفر مي‌باشد. بنابراين در اين مطالعه از سرشماري استفاده شده است. روايي پرسشنامه‌ها توسط تكنيك روايي نسبت اعتبار محتوا و پايايي آن‌ها به‌وسيله آلفاي كرونباخ ‌تأييد شد. نتايج تكنيك مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري كه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پي.ال.اس صورت پذيرفت، نشان داد ارتباطات بر اعتماد و ظرفيت جذب دانش، تاثير معناداري دارد؛ اعتماد بر تسهيم دانش، تاثير معناداري داشت؛ تاثير تسهيم دانش بر ظرفيت جذب دانش، معنادار بود؛ نقش ميانجي اعتماد در رابطه بين ارتباطات بر تسهيم دانش، معنادار بود؛ هم‌چنين نقش ميانجي تسهيم دانش در رابطه بين اعتماد و ظرفيت جذب دانش، نيز معنادار بود.

The current study is a descriptive-surveillance research that was conducted with the aim of investigating the increase of knowledge absorption capacity through communication with the mediating role of trust and knowledge sharing (case study: Shiraz Virtual University). The population and statistical sample of this research are all employees of Shiraz Virtual University, whose number is equal to 68 people. Therefore, the census was used in this study. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the content validity ratio technique and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results of the structural equation modeling technique, which was carried out using Smart PLS software, showed that communication has a significant effect on trust and knowledge absorption capacity; Trust in knowledge sharing had a significant effect; The effect of knowledge sharing on knowledge absorption capacity was significant; The mediating role of trust in the relationship between communication and knowledge sharing was significant; Also, the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between trust and knowledge absorption capacity was also significant.
