اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين اثربخشي رفتاردرماني ديالكتيك بر خودشفقتي و انعطافپذيري روانشناختي كاركنان داراي تعارض كار و خانواده انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر نيمهآزمايشي با طرح پيشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه كنترل و دوره پيگيري دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كارمندان با تعارض كار و خانواده در شركت ايران خودرو (شهر تهران) در ششماهه دوم سال 1398 بود. در اين پژوهش تعداد 30 كارمندان با تعارض كار-خانواده با روش نمونهگيري هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفي در گروههاي آزمايش و كنترل گمارده شدند (در هر گروه 15 كارمند). گروه آزمايش به مدت 10 جلسه تحت آموزش رفتاردرماني ديالكتيك (لينهان، 2004) قرار گرفتند. در اين پژوهش از پرسشنامههاي تعارض كار- خانواده (كارلسون و همكاران، 2000)، خودشفقتي (نف، 2003) و انعطافپذيري روانشناختي (دنيس و وندروال، 2010) استفاده شد. دادههاي حاصل از پژوهش به شيوه تحليل واريانس با اندازهگيري مكرر با استفاده از نرمافزار آماري 23SPSSتجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه رفتاردرماني ديالكتيك بر خودشفقتي(0/001

The present study was conducted aiming to determine the effectiveness of dialectic behavior therapy on self-compassion and psychological flexibility of the employees with work-family conflict. It was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest design with control group and two-month follow-up stage. The statistical population included the employees with work-family conflict at Iran Khodro Company (Tehran) in the autumn and winter of 2019-20. 30 employees with work-family conflict were selected through purposive sampling method and they were randomly replaced into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 employees. The experimental group was undergone 10 sessions of dialectic behavior therapy (Linhan, 2004). Work-family conflict questionnaire (Carlson et.al, 2000), self-compassion questionnaire (Neff, 2003) and psychological flexibility questionnaire (Denis and Vanderwall, 2010) were used in the present study. The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA via SPSS23 software. The results showed that dialectic behavior therapy has had significant effect on self-compassion (p<0.001) and psychological flexibility (p<0.001) of the employees with work- family conflict in a way that this therapy could lead to the improvement of self-compassion and psychological flexibility of the employees. According to the findings of the present study it can be concluded that dialectic behavior therapy can be used as an efficient therapy to improve self-compassion and psychological flexibility of the employees with work-family conflict through employing techniques such as bearing distress, acceptance and emotional self-regulation.
