ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم در ارﺗﮑﺎب ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺪر ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اراك

A study of the effective ecology on committing drug related crimes in Arak county

ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم و ارﺗﮑﺎب ﺟﺮم، ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﻣﻤﺘﺎز در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﯿﻦ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم و ارﺗﮑﺎب ﺟﺮم راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد؛ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪاي ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎي ﺟﺮم را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﺳﻪ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ در ﺧﺼﻮص راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ارﺗﮑﺎب ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺪر و وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم، و ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري وﺻﻒ ﺟﺮم ﺧﯿﺰي زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم ﺑﺎ وﺟﻮد ﺟﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ در ﻫﺠﺪه ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اراك اﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ارﺗﮑﺎب ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺪر و وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم )ﻣﯿﺰان روﺷﻨﺎﯾﯽ و ﻣﯿﺰان راهﻫﺎي دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻮم( و وﯾﮋﮔﯽ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي )ﻓﻘﺮ و ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ( و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ )ﺑﯿﮑﺎري( راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﯿﺮﻏﻢ ﺟﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ در ﻣﺤﻠﻪﻫﺎي داراي ﻧﺮخ ﺑﺎﻻي ﺟﺮم ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮي در ﻧﺮخ و ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺟﺮم ﺻﻮرت ﻧﻤﯽﮔﯿﺮد.

Studying the relationship between the ecology and crime commitment is an excellent topic in criminology. Between ecology and committing crime, there is such a relationship that ecology can provide opportunities for crime commitment. In this article, through applying a descriptive-analytical method and proposing three hypotheses regarding the relationship between drug-related crimes and the physical, economic and social characteristics of the ecology, the stability of the description of crime commitment was studied in 18 neighborhoods of Arak County. Results indicated that there is a significant relationship between crime hot spots and the physical (lighting and access routes of the neighborhood), economic (poverty and low income), and social (unemployment) characteristics of the ecology. Also, despite population displacement in neighborhoods with high rates of crime commitment, there is no change in crime rates and concentrations.
