كوررۀ من: روايت هايي از تجربيات تدريس من در بدو معلمي

My Currere: The Narratives of Teaching Experience as a Freshman Teacher

هدف اين پژوهش بازنمايي و روايت تجربيات تدريس پژوهش گر است. اين كه وي در امتداد دو سال آموزگاري خويش در پايه هاي چهارم و ششم ابتدايي، فرايند تدريس، عمل معلمي و پديدۀ مدرسه را چگونه تجربه و فهم نموده است. براي دست يابي به اين هدف از روش خودشرح حال نويسي بهره گرفته شده است تا پژوهشگر بتواند كوررۀ خويش را روايت نمايد. نتايج تحقيق حكايت از تأثير عميق پيشينۀ زيستۀ پژوهشگر بر كُنش‌هاي جاري و چشم اندازهاي تربيتي وي دارد. افزون براين، روايت هاي پژوهشگر از فراز و فرودهايي پرده برمي‌دارد كه در آن معلم در مدرسه و كلاس درس در زمين هايي باتلاقي قرار مي گيرد و نظريه‌هاي تربيتي به جاي عامل بودن، ناظر باقي مي مانند. بنابراين پژوهش حاضر، به مثابه داستان سفري است كه محقق با روايت زندگي شخصي خويش، از شكاف بين نظريه و عمل معلمي مي گويد و ديگر معلمان را دعوت مي كند تا تجربيات تدريس خويش را روايت كنند و با جامعه به اشتراك بگذازند.

The purpose of this study was offering a representation and narrative of researcher’s teaching experiences. The focus of the study is how researcher experienced the teaching process, teacher's action and school phenomenon in two years teaching in the fourth and sixth grades of elementary school. In order to achieve this purpose the autobiography research methods has been used. The results of the research showed the profound impact of the researcher's life background on current activities and educational perspectives and indicated how his educational strategies were inspired by his student experiences. In addition, the researcher's narratives and memories included challenges and events that were not taught in the university's books and classes. Therefore, in this study, the researcher discusses about the gaps between theory and practice in the field of teaching. He invites other teachers to share their teaching experiences and share with the community.
