Analysis of the semantic network of justice with emphasis on Michael Walser's complex equality approach

شبكه معنايي عدالت لايههاي پيچيده معنايي است كه تركيب اين معاني و ارتباط وثيقي كه ميان آنها برقرار است، مفهوم عدالت را پديد ميآورد. در اين پژوهش سعي شده است با تحليل شبكه معنايي ايزوتسويي به مفهوم عدالت نگريسته شود و با توجه به اين نظريه، عدالت نه مفهومي تكبعدي بلكه مفهومي متكاثر و محصول برهمنهي شبكهاي از معاني است كه تنها در ساختاري جامع از مفاهيم فهم ميگردد. تأثير ترمينولوژي عدالت بر ارائه نظريه عدالت امري متداول در ادبيات عدالتپژوهان معاصر است بهگونهاي كه هر نظريهاي از عدالت مبتني بر مفهومشناسي خاصي از عدالت است. به نظر ميرسد ايدههاي گوناگون عدالت با تأكيد بر گونه خاصي از معناي عدالت، نگاهي تكبعدي به عدالت داشتهاند و بالمآل نظريهاي تكبعدي حاصل آمده است. در اين پژوهش سعي شده است با عنايت به شبكه معنايي ايزوتسويي كه تحليل شبكهاي را براي بررسي معاني واژگان پيشنهاد ميكند، به عدالت نگريسته شود. بر اين اساس عدالت نه يك مفهوم تكبعدي بلكه مجموعهاي بهم پيوسته از معاني است كه در ساختاري منسجم ايده عدالت را محقق ميسازند. در ميان نظريههاي عدالت معاصر، رويكرد برابري پيچيده به خوبي نظريهاي مبتني بر شبكه معاني ارائه ميدهد. در ساختار برابري پيچيده علاوه بر اصالتبخشي به برابري، ساير آموزههاي حقوقي و اخلاقي عدالت نيز پاس داشته ميشود. نتيجه آنكه توجه به ابعاد مختلف عدالت از حيث مفهومي با عنايت به ديدگاه شبكه معنايي و از ديدگاه نظري با توجه به نظريه برابري پيچيده، نظريهاي جامع را در خصوص عدالت فراهم ميآورد كه در نهايت تعارض ميان معيارهاي عدالت را مرتفع ميسازد.

The semantic network of justice has complex layers of meaning that the combination of these meanings and the relationship between them creates the concept of justice. In this research, we have tried to look at the concept of justice as a semantic network, using the view of the Izutsu semantic network. According to the semantic network theory, justice is not a one-dimensional concept but a complex concept that is understood in a comprehensive structure of meanings. The various ideas of justice, with an emphasis on a particular type of meaning of justice, have taken a one-dimensional view of justice and the result has been a one-dimensional view of the theory of justice. In this research, we try to propose a network analysis for the concept of justice according to the Izutsu semantic network. Accordingly, justice is not a one-dimensional concept but an interconnected set of meanings that realize the idea of justice in a coherent structure. Among contemporary theories of justice, the theory of complex equality offers a view based on the network of meanings of justice. In the structure of complex equality, in addition to the originality of equality, other legal and moral teachings of justice are also considered. The result is that according to the semantic network of justice conceptually and according to the view of complex equality from a theoretical point of view, a comprehensive theory of justice is provided an‎d eventually, the conflict between the Criterions of justice is resolved.
