شناسايي چالش‌هاي پيش روي زنان شاغل در حوزه صنعت؛ مطالعه موردي زنان شاغل در شهرك‌هاي صنعتي شهرستان آران و بيدگل

Identify the challenges facing women working in industry; Case study of women working in Aran and Bidgol industrial towns

اشتغال زنان يكي از اهرم‌هاي مؤثر در توسعه و مشاركت اجتماعي آن‌ها به شمار مي‌رود اما وجود برخي موانع كه بر سر راه اشتغال زنان و فعاليت اقتصادي آن‌ها خارج از محيط خانواده، براي اشتغال آنان محدوديت ايجاد كرده است. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي چالش‌هاي پيش روي زنان شاغل در حوزه صنعت در شهرك‌هاي صنعتي شهرستان آران و بيدگل است. به‌عبارت‌ديگر سؤال اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه چالش‌ها و موانع پيش روي زنان شاغل در حوزه صنعت، كدم‌اند؟ رويكرد حاكم بر اين تحقيق كيفي ، روش تحليل محتوا، تكنيك جمع‌آوري اطلاعات مصاحبه عميق و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته است.جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كليه‌ي زنان شاغل در شهرك‌هاي صنعتي شهرستان آران و بيدگل است كه تعدادشان 34078 است و حجم نمونه با روش گلوله برفي و نيز بر مبناي قاعده اشباع اتخاذشده كه درنهايت 32 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد.داده‌هاي تحقيق، به‌وسيله روش تحليل محتوا تحليل شد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق: مهم‌ترين موانع در پاسخ مصاحبه‌شوندگان، موانع فردي، موانع خانوادگي و موانع اجتماعي شناخته شدند كه اين مضامين هركدام داراي زير مضمون‌هايي هستند. الف) موانع فردي 1.عدم رضايت از شغل 2. مشكلات رواني. ب) موانع خانوادگي ، 1. ارتباط با همسر 2. ارتباط با فرزندان 3. ارتباط با اطرافيان. پ) موانع اجتماعي1. مشكلات آموزشي. 2. مشكلات محيط كار 3. مشكلات محيط جامعه.

Women's employment is one of the effective levers in their development and social participation, but the existence of some barriers to women's employment and their economic activity outside the family environment has limited their employment. The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges facing women working in the field of industry in the industrial towns of Aran and Bidgol. In other words, the main question of the present study is what are the challenges and obstacles facing women working in the field of industry? The dominant approach to this qualitative research is the content analysis method, in-depth interview data collection technique, and semi-structured interview data collection tools. The statistical population of this study is all women working in Aran and Bidgol industrial towns, whose number is 34078 and The sample size was adopted by the snowball method and also based on the saturation rule, which in the end 32 people were considered as the sample size. The research data were analyzed by the content analysis method. Findings: The findings showed that the most important barriers to the interviewees' response were individual barriers, family barriers, and social barriers, each of which has sub-themes. A) Personal barriers 1. Dissatisfaction with the job 2. Psychological problems. B) Family barriers, 1. Communication with spouse 2. Communication with children 3. Communication with others. C) Social barriers 1. Educational problems. 2. Problems of work environment 3. Problems of community environment.
