چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ در ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ اﯾﺮان، از ﻧﻮع ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﻪ روش ﮔﺮاﻧﺪد ﺗﺌﻮري- روﯾﮑﺮد ﻋﯿﻨﯽ ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ اﺷﺘﺮاوس و ﮐﺮﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﻣﻨﻄﻖ ﭘﺎراداﯾﻤﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻧﻈﺮي، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 38ﻧﻔﺮ از رؤﺳﺎ و ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﯿﻦ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﻮر؛ اﻋﻢ از دوﻟﺘﯽ، آزاد، ﭘﯿﺎمﻧﻮر، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن و ﻏﯿﺮاﻧﺘﻔﺎﻋﯽ ﮐﻪ در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ دادهﻫﺎ ﺟﻤﻊآوري و اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﺳﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﺑﺎز، ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﻣﺤﻮري و ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺘﺪا دادهﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﺟﺰﯾﯽ از دادهﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﺟﺰﯾﯽ، 32ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﮐﻠﯽ ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﮐﻠﯽ 4ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮي ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﺟﺰﯾﯽ، ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﮐﻠﯽ و ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻋﯽ، ارﺗﺒﺎط آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ ﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ در ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزش ﺎﻟﯽ اﯾﺮان ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
The present study is accomplished with the aim of identification of the managerial behavior consequences in Iran's higher education system, in qualitative type and in grounded theory method- Strauss and Corbin's objectivist approach by appling paradigmatic logic. By using theoretical sampling method, 38 participating people in the study who were expert in relation with the subject of the study were selected include deans and vice presidents of the universities of the country, including state universities, Open universities, Payam-e Nour, teacher training and non-profit universities who are considered as experts in relevant fields of study. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and the state of theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis was basically founded on three methods of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The data obtained by semi-structured interviews were analyzed at the first place and some partial concepts were extracted. 32 general concepts were formed using those partial concepts; and 4 sub-categories were constructed out of main concepts. All the partial concepts, main concepts and sub-categories were reviewed and their relations with the main categories of the managerial behavior consequences in Iran's higher education system, were identified.
