چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺗﻌﺎ ﻟﯽ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪه آن در ﻣﺪارس ﻏﯿﺮدوﻟﺘﯽ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ آﻣﻮزش وﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﻘﻄﻌﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﺪﯾﺮان، ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن، ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ 19 ﮔﺎﻧﻪ آﻣﻮزش وﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان داراي ﻣﺪرك ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ و ﯾﺎ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از آن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 12.000 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي و ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 375 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ 147 ﺳﺆاﻟﯽ اي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس 9ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﮕﻮي ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻨﯿﺎد اروﭘﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻣﺪل (EFQM)وﯾﺮاﯾﺶ 2013 اﻗﺘﺒﺎس ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ، رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪي ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. 70ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ . ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺮاي 9ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/78، 0/82، 0/90، 0/80، 0 /76، 0 /92، 0/94، 0/87و 0 /86(، ﻣﺤﺮز ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ . ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪي )ازﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار LISREL ( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ 9 ﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر، ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﺑﺎر ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ آن ﻫﺎ روي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻧﻬﻔﺘﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار 2< t ﻣﻨﺘﺎﻇﺮ آن ﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺳﻬﻢ آن ﻫﺎ در اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻧﻬﻔﺘﻪ را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The major goal of this research is A Survey on Excellence Management and Component Factors of it in Private High Schools of Tehran Education. The research method is a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population contains 12,000 from all of the administrator, staff, expert and specialist in the schools of Tehran which have certificate of license or upper of it. The volume of research sample consist of 375 member of school employments. The tools of data collection is questionnaire that contain 174 question which extract from 2013 EFQM excellence model. 70 people were randomly selected. The reliability of the questionnaire for the 9 factors was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficients. To analyze the data in the inferential statistics section, the confirmatory factor analysis test (using LISREL software) was used. The results showed that the standard parameter values t >2 for each of these factors were related to their factor load on the latent variable.
