Designing a network of themes for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of medical tourism

ترويج و رونق گردشگري درماني، نيازمند فعال شدن اقدامات كارآفريني از حيث شناسايي فرصت هاي موجود در زمينه گردشگري درماني مي باشد. براي رشد و توسعه اين صنعت در كشور نياز است تا عناصر مرتبط با تشخيص فرصت در حوزه گردشگري مورد شناسايي و بررسي قرار گيرد؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، دستيابي به درك بهتري از مضامين اصلي تشخيص فرصت هاي كارآفرينانه در حوزه گردشگري درماني است. اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش كيفي انجام شده است. پژوهشي توسعه اي - كاربردي مي باشد كه با روش ميداني صورت گرفته است. از ابزار مصاحبه نيمه ساختارمند براي جمع آوري اطلاعات استفاده شده است. با استفاده از روش تحليل مضمون به تجزيه وتحليل داده ها پرداخته شده است. از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و گلوله برفي 15 نفر كارآفرين و خبره حوزه گردشگري درماني براي مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. پس از تجزيه وتحليل داده ها، 44 مضمون پايه در قالب 5 مضمون سازمان دهنده شناسايي گرديد. مضامين سازمان دهنده شامل نوع شناسي فرصت، محيط كسب وكار، تكنولوژي، عوامل فردي و عوامل محيطي مي باشند و شبكه مضامين بر اساس يافته ها ارايه گرديد.

The promotion and prosperity of medical tourism requires the activation of entrepreneurial measures in terms of identifying opportunities in the field of medical tourism. For the growth and development of this industry in the country, it is necessary to identify and study the elements related to identifying opportunities in the field of tourism; Therefore, the aim of this study is to gain a better understanding of the main themes of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of medical tourism. This research has been done using a qualitative method. It is a development-applied research that has been done by field method. Semi-structured interview tools were used to collect information. Data were analyzed using content analysis method. Fifteen entrepreneurs and experts in the field of medical tourism were selected for interview using purposive and snowball sampling methods. After analyzing the data, 44 basic themes were identified in the form of 5 organizing themes. Organizing themes include typology of opportunity, business environment, technology, individual factors and environmental factors and the network of themes was presented based on the findings.
