چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ واﺳﻄﻪ اﯾﯽ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺮودﺷﺖ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﺟﺰء ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﺑﻮده و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺟﺰء ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎر ي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿ ﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣ ﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺮودﺷﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ آﻣﺎر ﮐﺎرﮔﺰﯾﻨﯽ اﯾﻦ اداره ﮐﻞ ﮐﺎر ﻣﻨﺪان رﺳﻤﯽ 140ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 103ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ،اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎرﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ. در ﺳﻄﺢ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ از آزﻣﻮن ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﺳﺎده و ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ ﺑﺎرون ﮐﻨﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ داري وﺟﻮد دارد ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺷﻐﻠﯽ آن ﻫﺎ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارد. ﺿﻤﻦ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ را اﯾﻔﺎ ﮐﻨﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is the mediating role of organizational trust in relation to job motivation and organizational identity of Marvdasht Education Department employees. The research method used is part of applied research in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method is part of descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Marvdasht Education Department, which according to the recruitment statistics of this department The official staff is 140 people. To determine the sample size using random sampling method and using Morgan table, 103 people were selected as the sample. Data collection tool in this study is three questionnaires of organizational trust, job motivation and organizational identity to analyze the data. Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used. At the level of descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation of research variables and at the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient significance test and simple regression and hierarchical Baroness analysis are used. The results after data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between employees 'organizational trust with job motivation and organizational identity. Also, employees' organizational identity has a significant relationship with their job motivation. While organizational trust can mediate between job motivation and organizational identity. To play.
