چكيده فارسي :
هدف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﻻري در راﺑﻄﻪي ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 489 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن و ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﺗﻔﮑﯿﮏ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ 215ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊ آوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺮﯾﻨﺒﺮگ)1990(، ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﯿﻒ )2001(، ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﻻري ﻣﺼﻠﺤﯽ )1391( ﺑﻮد. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ )آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف-اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻮف، آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن، آزﻣﻮن ﺑﻮت اﺳﺘﺮﭘﯿﻨﮓ و آزﻣﻮن ﺷﻤﻮل وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﻻري در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﻻري, ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﻻري و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺗﺠﺎرت اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران راﺑﻄﻪ وجود دارد
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of mediation of meritocracy in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational learning in Mazandaran Tejarat Bank employees. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Mazandaran Tejarat Bank, there were 489 people. Sample size using krejcie – Morgan tables, 215 people were selected by stratified random sampling method based on gender. The data gathering tool was Greenberg's Organizational Justice Questionnaire (1990), Organizational Learning Questionnaire (2001), and Moslehie meritocracy (2012). Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test, bootstrapping test and inclusion variance test) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between organizational justice and organizational learning in Mazandaran Tejarat Bank employees with the mediating role of meritocracy. According to the results of the research, there is a relationship between organizational justices and meritocracy, meritocracy and organizational learning in Mazandaran Tejarat Bank employees.
