بررسي چالش ميان اخلاق مراقبت و بي‌طرفي اخلاقي در روابط والدين و فرزندان از منظر اسلامي

اگر افراد در يك انتخاب بين كمك به نزديكان خود و كمك به ديگران قرار گيرند، آيا اخلاقاً مجازند نزديكان خود را ترجيح دهند يا بايد انتخابي بي‌طرفانه داشته باشند؟ اين چالشي است كه بين دو ديدگاه بي‌طرفي اخلاقي و اخلاق مراقبت در مورد روابط اجتماعي وجود دارد. بر اساس بي‌طرفي اخلاقي، همه انسان‌ها با هم برابرند و عملي اخلاقي است كه بي‌طرفانه صورت گيرد. اما اخلاق مراقبت مي‌گويد مهم‌ترين مسئوليت اخلاقي ما در قبال نزديكان و كساني است كه توانايي مراقبت از آنها را داريم. اين پژوهش با تمركز بر روابط والدين و فرزندان، با هدف دستيابي به راه‌ حل تعارض، به بررسي ادله موافقان و مخالفان دو ديدگاه پرداخته و در اين مسير از روش تحليل تطبيقي بر اساس الگوي جورج بردي بهره جسته است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد دلايل هر دو ديدگاه، اتقان كافي ندارد. راهكارهاي پيشنهادي اين دو ديدگاه غربي نيز يا منطقي نبوده و يا بي‌ملاك و محدود به امور مادي هستند؛ اما راهكار به دست آمده از آموزه‌هاي اسلام بيان مي‌دارد تعهدات خاص والدين و جانبداري آنها از فرزندان، صرفاً منحصر در وظايفي است كه دين براي آنها تعيين كرده؛ اما خارج از محدوده اين وظايف، ملزم به رعايت بي‌طرفي بين فرزندان خود و ساير كودكان در همه امور مادي و معنوي هستند.

If people are made a choice between helping their loved ones and helping others, are they morally allowed to prefer their loved ones or should they have an impartial choice? This is the challenge that exists between the two views of ethical Impartiality and the ethics of Care about social relationships. According to moral impartiality, all human beings are equal and it is an ethical act to be impartial. But the Care ethics say that our most important moral responsibility is towards the relatives and those whom care is in our ability. his study focuses on the relationship between parents and children, with the aim of achieving a solution to the conflict, examines the arguments for and against the two views and in this direction has used the method of comparative analysis based on the model of George Bereday. The results show that the reasons for both views are insufficient. Proposed solutions of these two western perspectives are either unreasonable or limited to material matters. But the approach taken from the Islamic doctine states that the specific obligations of parents and their support of their children are solely limited to the duties that religion has set for them, but outside the scope of these duties, they must maintain impartiality between their children and other children in All the material and spiritual things.
