Iranian Public Culture and the Realization of Citizenship Rights

عوامل مختلفي در تحقق يا عدم تحقق حقوق شهروندي تأثير دارند كه از جمله ميتوان به فرهنگ عمومي اشاره نمود. آنچه در اين تحقيق با روش توصيفي و تحليلي و نيز رويكرد جامعه شناسانه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت، فرهنگ عمومي ايران و حقوق شهروندي بود كه با شناخت دقيق فرهنگ عمومي و موانع آن در سطوح مختلف جامعه، به اين مسئله پاسخ داده شد كه از منظر فرهنگ عمومي، چه موانعي براي تحقق حقوق شهروندي در ايران وجود دارد. در اين پژوهش نتيجه گرفته شد عناصري چون اسطوره گرايي، فردگرايي، عاطفه گرايي، بي­اعتمادي، پنهان كاري، خشونت­ گرايي، مصلحت انديشي، سطحي نگري، روحيه تقليد، تبارگرايي و خود محوري بعنوان بخشي از فرهنگ عمومي ايرانيان، از مهمترين عوامل عدم تحقق حقوق شهروندي در ايران است. هدف اين پژوهش اين بود كه با بررسي موشكافانه فرهنگ عمومي در جامعه ايران، زمينه هاي تأثير و موانع آن در تحقق حقوق شهروندي تبيين گردد.

Various factors affect the realization or non-realization of citizenship rights, such as public culture. What was studied in this study by descriptive and analytical methods as well as sociological approach was the general culture of Iran and citizenship rights. In general, what are the obstacles to the realization of citizenship rights in Iran? In this study, it was concluded that elements such as mythology, individualism, emotionalism, distrust, secrecy, violence, expediency, superficiality, imitation, tribalism and self-centeredness as part of the general Iranian culture, are the most important factors of non-realization of citizenship is in Iran. The purpose of this study was to carefully examine the general culture in Iranian society, to explain the areas of its impact and obstacles to the realization of citizenship rights.
