بررسي روابط متقابل مسئوليت اجتماعي، سرمايه اجتماعي و توسعه اجتماعي (مورد مطالعه: اعضاي هيئت‌علمي پرديس مركزي دانشگاه تهران)

Investigating the Interrelationships between Social Responsibility, Social Capital and Social Development: University of Tehran

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي ارتباط بين مسئوليت اجتماعي، سرمايه اجتماعي و توسعه اجتماعي در آموزش عالي از منظر اعضاي هيئت‌علمي پرديس مركزي دانشگاه تهران انجام‌شده است. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف كاربردي و از منظر گردآوري داده‌ها توصيفي–همبستگي به روش مدل معادلات ساختاري بوده است. جامعه پژوهش كليه اعضاي هيئت‌علمي پرديس مركزي دانشگاه تهران به تعداد 578 نفر بودند كه تعداد 234 نفر به شيوه‌ي نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده از طريق فرمول كوكران انتخاب گرديد. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي t تك نمونه‌اي، ضريب رگرسيون و مدل معادلات ساختاري و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ليزرل مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه: 1- وضعيت سرمايه اجتماعي، مسئوليت اجتماعي و توسعه اجتماعي دانشگاه تهران از منظر اعضاي هيئت‌علمي در سطح نسبتاً مطلوبي قرار دارد. 2- توسعه اجتماعي به‌طور مستقيم از متغيرهاي پيش‌بين مسئوليت اجتماعي و سرمايه اجتماعي تأثير مي‌پذيرد. هم‌چنين نتايج حاكي از آن است كه تمامي متغيرها در حد مطلوب گزارش‌شده‌اند و مدل با داده‌ها برازش خوبي دارد و اين بيانگر اين است كه رابطه خطي بين متغيرها و سازه‌هاي مكنون وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social responsibility, social capital, and social development in higher education from the viewpoint of faculty members of the Humanities Campus (Central campus) of University of Tehran. The study was an applicable one with the quantitative approach using the descriptive–correlative method. The population consisted of 578 faculty members among whom 234 ones were selected as the sample group, using a simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the sample t-test, the regression coefficient, and the modeling of structural equations using LISREL. The results showed that: 1- The status of social capital, social responsibility, and social development of the University of Tehran from the perspective of faculty members is relatively desirable. 2. Social development is directly affected by the social responsibility and social capital. The results also indicate that all variables are reported to be desirable and the model fits well with the data, indicating that there is a linear relationship between the variables and the present structures.
