تبيين جامعه شناختي رابطه هوش فرهنگي و متغيرهاي جمعيتي با رواداري اجتماعي (مورد مطالعه : قوميت هاي ساكن در شهرستان كازرون)

Sociological explanation of the relationship between Cultural Intelligence and demographic variables with social tolerance

تحقيق حاضر به تبيين جامعه شناختي رابطۀ ميان هوش فرهنگي و متغيرهاي جمعيتي با ميزان رواداري اجتماعي بين قوميت هاي ساكن در شهرستان كازرون پرداخته است. روش تحقيق از نوع پيمايشي، حجم نمونه 389نفر و نمونه گيري بر اساس روش خوشه اي چند مرحله اي بوده است. ابزار گردآوري داده ها، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته، بر گرفته از پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگي (آنگ و همكاران،2004 ) بوده است؛ ابزار تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نرم افزار spssدر دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي بوده است. براساس يافته ها، ميزان رواداري اجتماعي بين قوميتها يكسان بوده است؛ همچنين ميزان رواداري اجتماعي در بين افراد قوميت ها با توجه به سطح در آمد، وضعيت شغلي و تأهل، تفاوت معناداري ندارد، اما با توجه به سطوح سني و سطح تحصيلات آزمودني ها، با يكديگر متفاوت است. با توجه به نتايج، رابطه معناداري بين هوش فرهنگي وبا رواداري اجتماعي باsig=.001وجود دارد. در ميان مؤلفه هاي هوش فرهنگي، بيشترين ميزان تأثير بر رواداري اجتماعي مربوط به مؤلفه فراشناختي (beta=17/8)است؛همچنين مؤلفه هاي شناختي(beta=15/7)، انگيزشي(beta=16/8)و رفتاري به (beta=15/5)، نوسان موجود در رواداري اجتماعي بين قوميت ها را تبيين نموده است.

The present study has explained the sociological relationship between, at the first side, Cultural Intelligence and demographic variables and, at the other side, the degree of social tolerance among the ethnic groups living in kazerun. the research method is survey and the bulk of statistical sample is 389.and sampling is based on multistage of clustered method. data gathering tools and created questioners is derived from Early and Ang (2006), cultural intelligence questioners and social tolerance is made from King view.Data analysis instrument is SPSS and based on the obtained information the social tolerance is equal among the ethnical groups. also the social tolerance ratio among the ethnical groups based on the income levels ,occupational and marital positioning don’t have meaningful differentiation. according to age and educational levels are different from each other. based on the result thee is meaningful relationship between Cultural Intelligence and social tolerance (sig=0.001).among the Cultural Intelligence indicator the most effect of social tolerance isbelong to Metacognitive aspects .(BET=-17.8).also ,this Cognitive ( beta=15.7), Behavioral with (beta=16.8), Motivational ( beta=15.5) has specified the existing fluctuation between ethnical groups
