بررسي سطح تكامل اخلاقي دانشجويان پرستاري دانشكده هاي پرستاري و مامايي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي استان اردبيل ( 1396)

Assessing the level of moral development of nursing students in nursing and midwifery schools of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences (2017)

مقدمه: طي دوران تحصيل، دانشجويان بايد به سطح مناسبي از تكامل اخلاقي رسيده و با شروع كار باليني تصميم‌هاي اخلاقي صحيحي اتخاذ نمايند. اين تحقيق با هدف تعيين سطح تكامل اخلاقي دانشجويان پرستاري و عوامل مؤثر بر آن انجام شد. روش كار: اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي – تحليلي در ( 1396 ) بر روي 188 دانشجوي پرستاري در بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي - درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اردبيل انجام شد. نمونه گيري به روش در دسترس انجام گرفت. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه تكامل اخلاقي كلبرگ استفاده شد.اين پرسشنامه شامل 6 سناريو با موضوع نوزاد با آنومالي‌هاي شديد، اجبار دارويي، تقاضاي بالغين نسبت به مرگ، آشناسازي پرستار جديد، اشتباه دارويي و افراد بيمار در مراحل آخر بيماري مي باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري SPSS نسخه 18 و آزمون‌هاي آماري توصيفي - تحليلي، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: در اين بررسي، 32 دانشجوي پرستار (17/02 %) درسطح پيش عرفي، 61 دانشجو پرستاري (32/44 %) در سطح عرفي،81 دانشجوي پرستاري (43/08 %) در سطح پس عرفي و 14 دانشجوي پرستاري (7/44 %) در سطح ملاحظه هاي باليني قرار داشتند. همچنين ميانگين نمرۀ تفكر اخلاقي شركت كنندگان در مطالعه 42.55 ± 5.54 وميانگين نمرۀ ملاحظه هاي باليني، 6/83 ±20/3 بدست آمد. نتيجه گيري: تحقيق حاضر ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﻧﺼﻒ بيشتر داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن در ﺳﻄﺢ عرفي وپس عرفي ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ اما ﻫﻨﻮز ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ از آﻧﺎن در ﺳﻄﻮح ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺗﻜﺎﻣﻞ اﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ .اﻳﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﺴئوﻟﻴﻦ آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري، ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ اﻣﺮ ﺗﺮﺑﻴﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﻲ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮي داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

Introduction: During the study period, students should achieve an appropriate level of moral development and make the right moral decisions by starting the clinical work. The aim of this study was done to determine the level of moral development of nursing students and the effective factors on it. Methods & Materials: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2017 on 188 nursing students of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. Sampling was performed by convenience sampling method. The Kelberg Moral Evolution Questionnaire with 95% reliability, was used to collect data. This questionnaire includes 6 scenarios on the subject of infants with severe anomalies, drug coercion, adults' demand for death, introduction of a new nurse and the patients in the late stages of the disease. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 18 and descriptive and analytical statistical tests. Results: In this study, 32 nursing students (17.02%) were at the pre-customary level, 61 nursing students (32.44%) at the customary level, 81 nursing students (43.08%) at the post-customary level and 14 nursing students (7.44 %) were at the level of clinical considerations. Also, the mean score of moral thinking of the participants in the study was 42.55 ± 5.54 and the mean score of clinical considerations was 20.06 ± 3.83. Conclusion: The present study showed that despite the presence of more than half of the students were in customary and post customary levels, a considerable number of them were still at low levels of moral development. Therefore, nursing administrators should pay more attention to the moral education of nursing students.
