Testing the Impact of Female and Independent Managers on the Bilateral Relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Earnings Management Using Generalized Moments Method (GMM)

اغلب حاكميت شركتي و مديريت سود در نتايج رسوايي‌هاي مختلف شركت‌ بحث مي‌شود. اين رسوايي ها بر روي منافع عمومي بسيار تاثير مي گذارد و در نتيجه اين رسوايي‌ها تمايل به اخلاق كسب و كار بيشتر مي شود.بنابراين اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي ارتباط دو طرفه بين مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت (CSR) و مديريت سود(اقلام تعهدي) با نقش تعديل كننده مديران زن و مستقل انجام شد.جهت آزمون فرضيه هاي پژوهش از روش گشتاور تعميم يافته (GMM) در نرم افزار ايويوز10 بر روي نمونه اطلاعات شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بين سال‌هاي 1391تا 1397 استفاده شد. نتايج حاكي از رابطه منفي معني‌دار در رابطه دو طرفه بين مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت و مديريت سود است. بعلاوه، مديران زن و مستقل نقش تعديل كننده در رابطه دو طرفه بين مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت و مديريت سود بازي مي‌كنند.اساسا اين پژوهش با ارائه شواهدي در مورد نقش تعديل كننده مديران زن و مستقل در رابطه دو طرفه بين مسئوليت اجتماعي شركت و مديريت سود به آثار علمي مربوط به مسئوليت اجتماعي شركتي، مديران زن و مستقل و مديريت سود كمك مي‌كند.

Corporate governance and profit management are often discussed in the aftermath of various corporate scandals. These scandals have a great impact on the public interest and as a result of these scandals, the tendency to business ethics increases. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the two-way relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and profit management (accruals) with The moderating role of female and independent managers was performed. To test the research hypotheses, the generalized torque method (GMM) in Ives 10 software was used on the information sample of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange between 2012 and 2018. The results indicate a significant negative relationship in the two-way relationship between corporate social responsibility and profit management. In addition, female and independent managers play a moderating role in the two-way relationship between corporate social responsibility and earnings management.
