شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر مديريت عملكرد در صنعت بيمه كليدي ترين ابزار سرمايه انساني (مطالعه موردي: شركت بيمه ايران)

هدف: در پژوهش حاضر هدف «بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر مديريت عملكرد در صنعت بيمه» است. براي انجام اين مطالعه، تلاش شده تا وضعيت موجود عملكرد صنعت بيمه، از زواياي مختلف موشكافي شده، تغيير و تحولات آن موردبررسي قرارگرفته و متناسب با شاخص‌ها، مؤلفه‌ها و عوامل موثر و ويژگي‌هاي درون و برون‌سازماني شركت‌هاي فعال در صنعت بيمه ايران، يك مدل و الگوي جامع و يكپارچه مديريت عملكرد ارائه شود. روش تحقيق: اين مطالعه از حيث هدف يك تحقيق كاربردي و از حيث نحوه گردآوري داده‌ها، از نوع توصيفي و از شاخه ميداني به شمار مي‌رود. روش انجام تحقيق نيز به صورت پيمايشي بوده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كاركنان صنعت بيمه تشكيل مي‌دهند. نتايج: نتايج يافته‌ها حاكي از اين است كه تمامي متغيرهاي احصا شده در قالب سطوح مذكور، به عنوان متغيرهايي كه بايد در طراحي مدل مطلوب موردتوجه قرار گيرند، مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. همچنين با توجه به اينكه قدر مطلق مقدار آماره t براي تمامي روابط بين متغيرها بزرگ‌تر از مقدار بحراني 1.96 و نيز تمامي بارهاي عاملي در حالت استاندارد بزرگ‌تر از 0.3 به دست آمد، لذا هيچ‌كدام از روابط رد نشده و تمامي متغيرها و روابط تائيد شد؛ بنابراين درنهايت مدل اوليه تحقيق نيز تائيد گرديد.

Objective: In the present study, the aim is to "investigate the factors affecting performance management in the insurance industry." In order to conduct this study, an attempt has been made to scrutinize the current performance of the insurance industry from different angles, its changes and developments have been studied and in accordance with the indicators, components and effective factors and internal and external characteristics of companies operating in Iran insurance industry, a model and Provide a comprehensive and integrated performance management model. Methods: This study is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection and field branch. The research method was survey. The statistical population of this research consists of insurance industry employees. Results: The results indicate that all the variables calculated in the form of the mentioned levels were confirmed as variables that should be considered in the design of the desired model. Also, considering that the absolute value of t-value for all relationships between variables was greater than the critical value of 1.96 and all factor loads in the standard state was greater than 0.3, so none of the relationships were rejected and all variables and relationships were confirmed; Therefore, the initial model of the research was finally approved.
