بررسي و مطالعه كاركردهاي پليس در حوزه پيشگيري از اعتياد (مورد مطالعه: مناطق حاشيه نشين شهر اروميه)

The Impact of Police Functions in the Field of Addiction Prevention (Case Study: Suburban Areas of Urmia)

اعيتاد يكي از بلاياي است، كه در عصر حاضر تهديدي در مقابل پيشرفت كشورها به شمار مي رود. اعتياد و معضلات ناشي از آن يكي از مسائلي است كه گريبان گير جامعه و جوانان شده و در حوزه پيشگيري از اعتياد پليس نقش و جايگاهي حساس دارد، پليس به دليل آشنايي و مهارت در اين حوزه مي تواند بسياري از تهديدات و آسيب هاي ناشي از اعتياد را كاهش دهد اهميت و ارزش پليس و كاركردهاي آن در هر جامعه بر كسي پوشيده نيست. پليس آگاه، مقتدر و داراي كاركردهاي مثبت نماد پيشرفت، آباداني و امنيت و آسايش در يك كشور محسوب مي شود. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي و مطالعه كاركردهاي پليس در حوزه پيشگيري از اعتياد در مناطق حاشيه اي شهر اروميه است. تحقيق حاضر به شيوه توصيفي صورت گرفته و براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از منابع متعدد استفاده گرديده است. در پايان نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه، عملكرد و كاركردهاي پليس در حوزه پيشگيري تاثير مثبت و معني داري داشته است؛ لذا توصيه مي گردد در اين زمينه پليس هاي تخصصي تقويت گردد و از كليه ظرفيت ها استفاده شود؛ به ويژه كلانتري هاي مناطق حاشيه اي مي توانند با برنامه هاي فرهنگي، اجتماعي و آموزشي بيشترين نقش را در كاهش آسيب هاي ناشي از اعتياد داشته باشند.

Addiction is one of the disasters, which in the present age is considered a threat to the progress of countries. Addiction and its problems is one of the issues that afflict the society and the youth and has a sensitive role and position in the field of prevention of addiction. Reduce the importance and value of the police and its functions in any society is not hidden from anyone. Aware, powerful and positively functioning police are a symbol of progress, prosperity and security and comfort in a country. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of police functions in the field of addiction prevention in the suburbs of Urmia. The present research has been done in a descriptive manner and various sources have been used to collect information. In the end, the results of the research showed that the performance and functions of the police in the field of prevention had a positive and significant effect; Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen specialized police in this field and use all capacities; In particular, police stations in marginal areas can play the greatest role in reducing the harm caused by addiction through cultural, social and educational programs.
