مواد مخدر و تبعات آن يكي از مهم ترين معضل هاي كشورها در چند دهه اخير بوده است. كشت و توليد مواد مخدر از سبك سنتي به صنعتي، تغيير شيوه هاي استفاده و توزيع آن سبب شده دولت ها همه امكانات و قدرت خود را براي مقابله با اين پديده مخرب به كار بگيرند، از سوي ديگر پنهاني و تدريجي بودن اثرات سو آن بر خلاف ساير جرايم مبارزه و مقابله با آن را با مشكلات جدي مواجه كرده است. تقديم هزاران شهيد در سطح ملي و بين المللي مشهود ترين نمود اين مبارزه است. هدف از تحقيق حاضر مطالعه ژئوپلتيك مواد مخدر در ايران و جهان از جهات مختلف مي باشد، تحقيق به شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي صورت گرفته و در آن سعي شده با طرح سوالات مهم به اين مهم دست يابد. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات مورد نياز از منابع متعدد استفاده شده است. در پايان نتايج تحقيق نشان داد، كه مسئله مواد مخدر در هر زماني يكي از مهم ترين دغدغه ها و مشكلات كشورها بوده و هر كشوري با توجه به نيرو، قدرت و توان خود در پي مبارزه و كاهش معضلات ناشي از آن بوده، در اين راه دولت ها نه تنها از قدرت داخلي بهره مي گيرند؛ بلكه به فكر استفاده از توان و قدرت بين المللي نيز شده اند.

Drugs and their consequences have been one of the most important problems of countries in recent decades. Cultivation and production of narcotics from traditional to industrial style, changing the methods of its use and distribution have caused governments to use all their resources and power to deal with this destructive phenomenon, on the other hand, the hidden and gradual effects on the contrary Other crimes have caused serious problems in the fight against it. The dedication of thousands of martyrs at the national and international levels is the most obvious manifestation of this struggle. The purpose of this study is to study the geopolitics of drugs in Iran and the world from different perspectives. The research has been done in an analytical-descriptive manner and it has tried to achieve this by asking important questions. Numerous sources have been used to gather the required information. In the end, the results showed that the issue of drugs is one of the most important concerns and problems of countries at any time, and each country, according to its strength, power and ability, has sought to fight and reduce the resulting problems, in this way Governments not only use domestic power; They have also thought about using international power.
