در نظام حقوقي فعلي ايران ضابطين دادگستري به دو دسته ي ضابط عام و ضابط خاص تقسيم مي‌شود.ضابط عام شامل نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران است كه در تمام جرايم ضابط تلقي مي شوند و با توجه به جايگاه اساسي ناجا در سطح جامعه وظيفه سنگيني بر عهده دارد. عوامل متعددي در تشكيل پرونده كيفري دخالت دارند كه مهمترين آنها، ضابطين دادگستري مي باشند، شناخت حقوق و تكاليف اين دسته از مأمورين كه در شكل گيري پرونده كيفري، بويژه در مراحل اوليه، تحقيقات مقدماتي و موثرند در نحوه قضاوت مراجع درباره عملكرد آنان، نقش بسيار دارد. ضابطين دادگستري يكي از اهرم هاي است كه مي تواند سيستم قضايي و ناجا را در رسيدن بهتر و مطلوب تر امور مختلف ياري نمايد. هدف از تحقيق حاضر مطالعه و بررسي ضابطين دادگستري اهرم استراتژيك در سيستم قضايي و ناجا است. تحقيق حاضر به شيوه تحليلي-توصيفي صورت گرفته و براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از منابع متعدد استفاده شده است. بدون ترديد نيروي انساني يكي ازمولفه هاي مهم در ارتقاي سطح كمي و كيفي فرآيند رسيدگي به جرم است بدون وجود نيروي انساني آموزش ديده، متخصص وماهر امكان فرآهم آوردن عدالت كيفري مناسب وتوسعه قضايي لازم دركشور امكان پذيرنمي باشد ضابطين قضايي بخشي از نيروي انساني دستگاه عدالت كيفري محسوب مي شوند. بنابراين ضابطين دادگستري يكي از اركان اصلي ناجا در عصر كنوني به شمار مي رود.

In the current legal system of Iran, judicial officers are divided into two categories: general officers and special officers. General officers include the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who are considered officers in all crimes. Numerous factors are involved in the formation of criminal cases, the most important of which are judicial officers. Judicial officers are one of the levers that can help the judicial system and the NAJA in achieving better and more desirable matters. The purpose of the present study is to study the judicial officers of strategic leverage in the judicial system and the NAJA. The present research has been done in an analytical-descriptive manner and various sources have been used to collect information. Undoubtedly, human resource is one of the important components in improving the quality and quantity of the criminal investigation process. Without trained, specialized and skilled human resources, it is not possible to provide appropriate criminal justice and necessary judicial development in the country. Judicial officers are part of the human rights system. Therefore, judicial officers are one of the main pillars of NAJA in the current era.
