عوامل مؤثر بر تاثير امنيت بر جذب گردشگري براساس تكنيك ANP و DEMATEL ( مورد مطالعه استان اصفهان)

Factors affecting the impact of security on tourism attraction based on ANP and DEMATEL techniques (Case study of Isfahan province)

در اين تحقيق ابتدا به­ شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر تاثير امنيت بر جذب گردشگر با استفاده از مباني نظري تحقيق و نظرخبرگان پرداخته شد، ضمن شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر تاثير امنيت بر جذب گردشگر، جهت تحليل و رتبه بندي عوامل با توجه به روابط علت ومعلولي بين عوامل روش هاي ديمتل و فرايند تحليل شبكه اي بكار گرفته شد. از تكنيك DEMATEL جهت ساختاردهي به عوامل واز تكنيكANP و تركيب آن با روش ديمتل براي محاسبه وزن و اولويت بندي عواملي كه در فرار ماليات مستغلات مؤثر مي­باشند استفاده شده است. مزيت اين تكنيك ها نسبت به ساير روش ها دقت و واقعي بودن نتايج آن است. از نتايج اين تحقيق مي­توان براي شناخت بهتر عوامل مؤثر بر تاثير امنيت بر جذب گردشگر ودر نتيجه اقداماتي جهت افزايش امنيت با توجه به وزن ورتبه عوامل استفاده كرد. نتايج يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي­دهد هماهنگي و برقراري تعامل دوجانبه بين دفاتر مسافرتي و گردشگري يا راهنمايان تور و نيروي انتظامي در ارتباط با برگزاري تورهاي گردشگري بيشترين مقدارR-S دارد وبراساس تكنيك DANP بالاترين وزن (0/089) را نسبت به شاخص هاي ديگر دارد، در نتيجه رتبه اول را در بين عواملي كه بر تاثير امنيت بر جذب گردشگر مؤثر هستند دارد.

In this study, first, the factors affecting the impact of security on tourist attraction were identified using the theoretical foundations of research and expert opinion, while identifying the factors affecting the impact of security on tourist attraction, to analyze and rank the factors according to cause and effect relationships between factors. Demitel methods and network analysis process were used. DEMATEL technique has been used to structure the factors and ANP technique and its combination with Demetel method has been used to calculate the weight and prioritize the factors that are effective in real estate tax evasion. The advantage of these techniques over other methods is the accuracy and realism of the results. The results of this research can be used to better understand the factors affecting the impact of security on tourist attraction and as a result, measures to increase security according to the weight and rank of factors. The results of the research show that the coordination and establishment of mutual interaction between travel and tourism offices or tour guides and law enforcement in relation to tourism tours has the highest amount of R-S and according to DANP technique has the highest weight (0.089) compared to the indicators. It has another, therefore it ranks first among the factors that affect the impact of security on tourist attraction.
