چكيده فارسي :
بيانيۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي، با هدف خودسازي، جامعه‌پردازي و تمدن‌سازي تدوين شده است. براي تحقق تمدن اسلامي، الزامات فراواني لازم است كه يكي از مقدمات اصلي تحقق اين هدف، نقش‌آفريني رسانه‌هاي جمعي در اين راستا مي‌باشد. جهت‌گيري رسانه‌هاي جمعي در ابعاد مختلف فعاليت‌هاي رسانه‌اي، متأثر از نظام هنجاري حاكم بر آن است؛ از اين رو، براي تحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي لازم است قواعدي بر اساس بيانيۀ گام دوم انقلاب براي رسانه‌هاي جمعي ارائه شود تا با عمل رسانه‌هاي جمعي بر اساس آن، زمينۀ تحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي فراهم گردد. در مقالۀ پيش رو كه با روش مطالعۀ دلالت‌پژوهي انجام شده، ابتدا چهل مؤلفۀ هنجاري استخراج گرديد، سپس از ميان آن‌ها، مؤلفه‌هاي هنجاري‌اي كه بيشتر مورد تأكيد قرار گرفته بود و مؤلفه‌هاي رسانۀ تمدن‌ساز را بيان مي‌كرد، به دست آمد. اين مؤلفه‌ها شامل توحيدمحوري و ايمان عميق، اميدبخشي نسبت به آينده، جوان‌گرايي و اميد به جوانان در ايجاد تحولات پيش رو، علم‌گرايي و پژوهش‌محوري، تقويت معنويت و اخلاق، ترويج شكوفايي و پيشرفت اقتصادي، گفتمان‌سازي عدالت‌خواهي، نظارت‌گري و فسادستيزي، تقويت عزّت ملّي، استقلال و آزادي، ترويج مجاهدت در همۀ عرصه‌ها و ترويج سبك زندگي اسلامي است. براي تحقق اين مؤلفه‌ها در رسانه‌ها و به‌خصوص رسانۀ ملي، لازم است سند تحول رسانۀ ملي بر اساس بياينۀ گام دوم انقلاب تدوين شده و برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي لازم بر اساس آن صورت گيرد.
چكيده لاتين :
The Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution of Iran has been compiled with the aim of self-construction, dealing with society, and making civilization. In order to achieve Islamic civilization, many requirements are necessary, and one of the main preconditions for achieving this goal is the role of the mass media in this regard. The orientation of the mass media in the various dimensions of media activities is influenced by the normative system that governs it. Thus, in order to realize the new Islamic civilization, it is necessary to present rules based on the Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution for the mass media in order to provide the context for the realization of the new Islamic civilization by focusing on the basis of the mass media. In the present paper, which was conducted by the method of argument-studies research, forty normative components were extracted, then among them, the normative components that were more emphasized and referred to the components of the civilization-building media were obtained. These components include monotheism and deep faith, having hope for the future, youthfulness and hope for young people in creating the upcoming evolutions, scientism and focusing on research, strengthening spirituality and morality, promoting prosperity and economic progress, discourse of justice, supervision and anti-corruption, strengthening national dignity, independence and freedom and the promotion of mujahidat in all arenas and the promotion of the Islamic way of life. In order to realize these components in the media, and especially in the national media, it is necessary to compile a document on the transformation of the national media based on the Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution and to make the necessary plans based on it.
