نيازسنجي در آموزش پزشكي با تأكيد بر آموزش مبتني بر پيامد: مرور سيستماتيك

Needs assessment in medical education with emphasis on outcomebased education: Systematic review

مقدمه و هدف: آموزش مبتني بر پيامد نقشي كليدي در توسعه آموزش پزشكي دارد و بر توانمندسازي دانشجويان مطابق با نيازهاي روز جامعه تأكيد دارد. هدف از اين مطالعه، تعيين اجزاء و روش‌هاي اجرايي نيازسنجي آموزشي مبتني بر پيامد است. روش‌ انتخابي براي مطالعه: مقاله حاضر يك مطالعه مروري است كه از طريق جستجوي سيستماتيك در بانك‌هاي اطلاعاتي معتبر علمي داخلي و خارجي با كليدواژه‌هاي، Assessment Models، Needs Assessment،Needs Assessment Techniques ،Competency Based Education، Competency Based Curriculum به ‌تنهايي و يا تركيب با واژه‌هاي Curriculum، Education و Development نگارش گرديده است. با توجه به اين كه زمينه مورد پژوهش دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بود، لذا در فرآيند جستجو به زمينه "Medical Education" و "Medical School" هم توجه گرديد. نتايج: 170 محتواي مستند تا سال‌ 2021 شامل مقاله، كتاب و صفحات وب، انتخاب و بررسي شد و از اين تعداد، 11 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع مورد استفاده قرار گرفت بر اين اساس اجزاء نيازسنجي در آموزش مشتمل بر نيازسنجي مبتني بر جامعه تحت پوشش، استفاده از رويكرد علمي در نيازسنجي، وجود سيستم نيازسنجي و پايش محيطي مداوم و تعيين اولويت خدمات و برنامه‌ها تبيين شده و در مرحله بعد روش‌هاي اجرايي نيازسنجي آموزشي استخراج شد. نتيجه‌گيري: استخراج اجزاء اصلي نيازسنجي آموزشي متناسب با نيازها و انتظارات جامعه تحت پوشش به‌ عنوان گامي مهم و كمك‌كننده در طراحي مدل‌هاي كارآمد نيازسنجي، منجر به دست‌يابي هرچه بيشتر به صلاحيت‌ها و توانمندي‌هاي حرفه‌اي مورد نظر جامعه مي‌شود.

Introduction and goal: Outcome-based education has a key role in the development of medical education and emphasizes on empowering students according to the needs of society. The purpose of this study is to determine the components and implementation methods of educational needs assessment based on outcome. Methods: The present article is a review study through systematic search in valid domestic and foreign scientific databases with keywords, Assessment models, Needs assessment, needs assessment techniques, Competency Based Education, Competency based curriculum alone or in combination with the words Curriculum, Education and Development has been written. Results: 170 documentary contents up to 2021, including articles, books and web pages, were selected and reviewed, of which 11 related articles were used. Using the studied resources, the components of needs assessment in medical education with emphasis on outcome-based education were determined as community-based approach, prioritization the needs, monitoring and scientific method. Conclusion: For any needs assessment project, it is necessary to follow a specific model. Extracting the main components of educational needs assessment in accordance with the needs of the covered community as an important and helpful step in designing needs assessment models, leads to achieving more and more professional competencies and competencies desired by the community.
