بررسي رابطه بين آگاهي از حقوق شهروندي و فرهنگ شهروندي (مورد مطالعه: دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي سيرجان)

Investigating the Relationship between Awareness of Citizenship Right and Citizenship Culture among the Students of Sirjan Branch of Islamic Azad University

پرورش شهروند فعال و موثر، مستلزم عزم و اراده براي تعليم، تربيت و برنامه ­ريزي مناسب در اين راستاست. به ­طورخاص، آگاهي شهروندان از حقوق شهروندي مي­تواند مبناي تعهد آنان به انجام رفتارهاي اجتماعي و تكاليف شهروندي و به ­عبارت­ بهتر، فرهنگ شهروندي باشد. براين­اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه بين آگاهي از حقوق شهروندي و فرهنگ شهروندي انجام شده است. قلمرو مكاني اين تحقيق، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي سيرجان مي­باشد. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي سيرجان به تعداد تقريبي 4500 نفر بود كه از اين تعداد 351 نفر بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان به­ عنوان نمونه و با روش نمونه­ گيري طبقه ­اي تصادفي انتخاب شدند. دو پرسشنامه استاندارد در ميان نمونه توزيع و در نهايت 310 پرسشنامه برگشتي با استفاده از مدل­سازي معادلات ساختاري در قالب نرم افزار ليزرل مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش نشان داد كه بين ميزان آگاهي دانشجويان از حقوق شهروندي(حقوق شهروندي سياسي، اجتماعي و مدني) و فرهنگ شهروندي آنان رابطه مثبت و معني­داري وجود دارد.

Cultivating active and effective citizen requires determination and will for proper education, training and planning in this direction. Specifically, citizen's awareness of citizenship rights can be the basis of their commitment to social behaviors and citizenship tasks and citizenship culture. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between citizenship rights and citizenship culture. The spatial domain of this research is the Islamic Azad University of Sirjan. This research in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of nature and method, it is descriptive of correlation type. The statistical population of this study was 4500 students of Islamic Azad University of Sirjan in 2019, that as a sample 351 persons of them were selected based on Kerjecy and Morgan table. Two standard questionnaires were distributed among the sample and finally 310 questionnaires were analyzed by Structural Equation odemling (SEM) in Lisrel software. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relation between students' awareness of citizenship rights (political, social and civil rights) and citizenship culture.
