واكاوي شاخص‌هاي مطلوب نظام جامع آموزش مشاغل اختصاصي در سازمان نظارتي با بهره‌گيري از روش آميخته

Analysis of desirable indicators of a comprehensive education system dedicated jobs in the supervisory organization Using the mixed method

مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف واكاوي شاخص‌هاي وضعيت مطلوب نظام آموزش مشاغل اختصاصي در مدل آموزشي سازمان نظارتي انجام شد. روش‌شناسي پژوهش: روش تحقيق به كار گرفته‌شده توصيفي و ازنظر نوع آميخته (تركيبي از روش‌هاي كيفي و كمي)، است. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها در بخش كيفي مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته و در بخش كمي پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با آلفاي كرونباخ 95/0 است. جامعه آماري در بخش كيفي استادان و كارشناسان و در بخش كمي شامل تمامي افراد در مشاغل اختصاصي يازده­گانه سازمان نظارتي با بيش از ده هزار نفر است و نمونه‌گيري كيفي به‌صورت غير احتمالي و هدفمند، به تعداد 33 نفر است كه با آن‌ها مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته صورت گرفته است و در نمونه‌گيري كمي با استفاده از جدول مورگان 369 نفر به تكميل پرسشنامه با روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي در 16 استان، پرداخته­اند. جهت تجزيه‌وتحليل اطلاعات در بخش كيفي از كد­گذاري باز، محوري و گزينشي و نرم‌افزار Maxqda2018 و براي تجزيه‌وتحليل اطلاعات در بخش كمي، از دو نرم‌افزار SPSS22 و Smart PLS3 و روش تحليل عاملي تأييدي، تحليل مسير و مدل معادلات ساختاري استفاده‌شده است. يافته ­ها: شش مقوله پيش‌بين در وضعيت مطلوب شامل: فرهنگ‌سازماني، توسعه شايستگي فراگيران، سياست‌گذاري توسعه منابع انساني، ايجاد انگيزش در فراگيران، طراحي هوشمند فرآيند آموزش و تدوين نظام جامع آموزش بر اساس استانداردها و مدل‌هاي تعالي آموزش است. بحث و نتيجه ­گيري: بر اساس يافته هاي پژوهش، شش مقوله با يكديگر همبستگي معنادار داشته و از وضعيت خوبي برخوردار هستند.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the indicators of the optimal status of the private job training system in the educational model of the supervisory organization. research methodology: The research method used is descriptive and mixed in terms (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods). The data collection tool is semi-structured in the qualitative part of the interview and 0.956 in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population in the qualitative part of professors and experts and in the quantitative part includes all people in the eleven specialized jobs of the supervisory organization with more than ten thousand people and qualitative sampling in a non-probabilistic and purposeful manner, is 33 people with whom Semi-structured interviews were conducted and in quantitative sampling using Morgan table, 369 people completed a questionnaire by cluster sampling in 16 provinces. For data analysis in the qualitative part of open, axial and selective coding and MAXQDA2018 software and for data analysis in the quantitative part, from SPSS22 and Smart PLS3 software and confirmatory factor analysis method, path analysis and structural equation modeling Used. Findings:Six predictive categories in the desired situation include: organizational culture, development of learners' competence, human resource development policy, motivation of learners, intelligent design of the educational process and development of a comprehensive education system based on standards and models of educational excellence that have a significant correlation with each other Conclusion: Based on the research findings, six categories have significant correlations and are in good condition.
