چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر اﺷﺘﺮاكﮔﺬاري داﻧﺶ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﺑﺮي ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﻋﻀﺎء ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﻧﻮع ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮﺧﺎﺳﺘﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮﯾﮥ زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي (ﮔﺮﻧﺪد ﺗﺌﻮري) اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺑﺮ 28000 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ (397 ﻧﻔﺮ) از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪاي و ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮐﻮﮐﺮان اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. از اﺑﺰار ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻣﻨﺪ، و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮏ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد، در دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ ﺗﺎ ﮐﻔﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﻈﺮي اداﻣﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روﯾﮑﺮد ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري (ﻣﺪل ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت ﺟﺰﺋﯽ) ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار اﺳﻤﺎرت ﭘﯽ ال اس اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺷﺶ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﮥ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ در اﺷﺘﺮاكﮔﺬاري داﻧﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه اﺻﻠﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻣﺤﻮري ﺑﺎ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻠﻮغ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﻠﯽ ، ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ ، ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي ، ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪﮔﺮ، ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ، ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دو ﺟﺰء ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﻠﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﻠﻮغ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﻮدهاﻧﺪ.ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ راﯾﺎﻧﺶ اﺑﺮي، ﻻزم اﺳﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي ﺑﺮ روي ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ-آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: Identification of effective components in cloud-based knowledge-sharing behavior among the faculty members of Islamic Azad University (IAU).
Method: This research is a mixed-method approachin , and . For the purpose of the research, the faculty members of Islamic Azad University (IAU) all over the country amounted to 2800 were studied and the multistage sampling method and Cochran Formula were used for determining the sample size including 397 faculty members. In this research, structured interviews and electronic questionnaires were used as a research tool in two qualitative and qualitative stages. In order to realize the objectives of the research, interviews with elite members having mastery of the matter in hand were maintained until reaching a theoretical adequacy.. Also, the research employed structural equations (Partial Least Square Model) in order to analyze the research data, using smartPLS software.
Finding: The research findings indicated that there were six effective components : 1. Principal Component; , 2. Causal Conditions; i, 3. Strategies; i, 4. Background Conditions; 5. Intervening Conditions 6. Consequences. .
Conclusion:. The implementation of such systems will result in an improved performance of the faculty members and an increased competitive advantage.
