The mediating role of the mindfulness in the relationship between Sexuality based on Character types and Attitude to love: Study of Structural Equation Model

اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ، ﻧﮕﺮش ﺑﻪ ﻋﺸﻖ و ﺟﻬﺖﮔﯿﺮي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯿﮕﺮي ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ زﻧﺎن و ﻣﺮدان ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮج ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي در دﺳﺘﺮس ﺗﻌﺪاد 200 ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻣﻘﯿﺎس راﺑﻄﻪ ﺟﻨﺴﯽ )SRS(، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺻﻔﺎت ﭘﻨﺞﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ )ﻧﺌﻮ(، ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻧﮕﺮشﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻋﺸﻖ ) -LAS SF( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﻨﺞﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ FFMQ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان اﺑﺰار اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﻟﮕﻮي ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﻟﮕﻮﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري )SEM( و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار AMOS اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. رواﺑﻂ واﺳﻄﻪاي در اﻟﮕﻮي ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺑﻮت اﺳﺘﺮپ آزﻣﻮده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺪلﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﺑﺮازش ﻧﺴﺒﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺑﻮد و ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﯿﭗ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ، ﻧﮕﺮش ﺑﻪ ﻋﺸﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯿﮕﺮي ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻤﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻬﺖﮔﯿﺮي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ دارد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎندﻫﻨﺪه اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺗﯿﭗ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ، ﻧﮕﺮش ﺑﻪ ﻋﺸﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯿﮕﺮي ذﻫﻦ آﮔﺎﻫﯽ در ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺟﻬﺖﮔﯿﺮي ﺟﻨﺴﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ درﻣﺎﻧﮕﺮان ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ زوﺟﯿﻦ را ﺑﺎ اﻧﻮاع ﺳﺒﮏﻫﺎي ﻋﺸﻖورزي و ﺗﯿﭗ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ آﺷﻨﺎ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ آﻣﻮزش ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺟﻨﺴﯽ را ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺒﺮﻧﺪ.

The research tools included: Sex relation scale(SRS), questionnaire for measuring five personality traits(NEO), the scale of Love attitude(LAS-SF), and the questionnaire of 5 factors of mindfulness FFMQ. The fitness of the proposed model was estimated through structural equation modeling(SEM) and using the AMOS software packageThe mediating relationship in the proposed pattern was tested using the bootstrap procedure.in Karaj among which200 people were selected 200 selected by the available sampling method. The research tools included: Sex relation scale(SRS), questionnaire for measuring five personality traits(NEO), the scale of Love attitude(LAS-SF), and the questionnaire of 5 factors of mindfulness FFMQ. The fitness of the proposed model was estimated through structural equation modeling(SEM) and using the AMOS software package. The mediating relationship in the proposed pattern was tested using the bootstrap procedure. Result: The result of the structural equation modeling indicating relative fitness of model, showed that character types, attitude to love with the mediation of mindfulness had an indirect effect on the sexual relationship   predict sexual relationship. Therapists are advised to acquaint couples with different types of lovemaking styles and personality types, and also by training mindfulness, the quality of the sexual relationship can be improved.
