چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﯿﺪاﯾﺶ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺷﺪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺠﺎزي در ﻣﺪارس و داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪﺷﺪت ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮ ﺷﻮد و اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣ ﺴﺎﺋﻠﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎ ﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺑﺮر ﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ر ﺿﺎﯾﺖ داﻧ ﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از آﻣﻮزش آﻧﻼﯾﻦ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ر ﺿﺎﯾﺖ و اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸـﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع آﻣﻮزش اﺳـﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ازﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، ازﻟﺤﺎظ روﯾﮑﺮد ﮐﻤﯽ و در آن از ﭘﺮﺳـﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ آﻧﻼﯾﻦ ا ﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه ا ﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن ﻧﯿﺰ داﻧ ﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧ ﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻼﻣﻪ ﻃﺒﺎﻃﺒﺎﯾﯽ، داﻧ ﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺑﻬ ﺸﺘﯽ و داﻧ ﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي داوﻃﻠﺒﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ 760 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﺎن ﻣ ﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮداوري دادهﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮ ﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪاي آﻧﻼﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺻﺪ ﺳﺆال ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ اﻋﺘﺒﺎر و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ )KMO(، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ و ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ دروﻧﯽ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده ﺷــﺪ. در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰارﻫﺎي SPSS و LISRE ﻣﻮرداﺳــﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸــﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از آﻣﻮزش آﻧﻼﯾﻦ 2,4 از 5 اﺳﺖ و اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ در ﺑﯿﻦ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﮐﻢﺗﺮ از ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻢ اﺳﺖ. ﮐﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ در ﺑﻌﺪ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از آﻣﻮزش ﻋﻤﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ر ﺿﺎﯾﺖ داﻧ ﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺑُﻌﺪِ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺧﻮد ﮐﻼسﻫﺎ و ﺳﯿ ﺴﺘﻢ ﻣﺠﺎزي، وﯾﮋﮔﯽ داﻧ ﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن، وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ا ﺳﺘﺎدان، زﯾﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎي ﻓﻦآوري و اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﻣﻮردﻧﯿﺎز و ﭘ ﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ داﻧ ﺸﮕﺎه د ﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑُﻌﺪ ا ﺳﺘﺎدان، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ و ﮐﻼس و داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﯿﺶﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري را ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از آﻣﻮزش آﻧﻼﯾﻦ دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was conducted to understand the experience of online teaching of primary school teachers in Sanandaj in the context of the shad network during the coronavirus crisis.The present study was conducted in a qualitative and in the form of descriptive phenomenology with purposive sampling, with the participation of 21 primary school teachers in Sanandaj in the academic year 2020-2021. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews. Findings from teachers'' experiences in three main themes and 17 sub-themes including positive and satisfying experience, utilizing the power and expertise of others (teachers, parents and students), familiarity with up-to-date educational technologies, Skills in creating effective communication and interaction with the use of new technologies in the field of education, skills to motivate students, relative satisfaction of teachers with program updating (process of adding facilities), improving the ability and interest in using new technology in Education, teachers'' synergy with each other, lack of cooperation of effective factors in learning, lack of favorable interaction (teacher, student and parents), lack of motivation of students and parents, hardware problems, unfamiliarity of teachers, parents and students with teaching an‎d the lack of a virtual electronic board, providing challenging assignments to students and holding in-service courses has been extracted.
