تأثير اعتماد، خودكارآمدي، انگيزه و صفات پنج‌گانه شخصيتي بر رفتار به اشتراك‌گذاري دانش ضمني

The effect of trust, self-efficacy, motivation and five-personality traits on the tacit knowledge sharing behavior

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبيين تأثير اعتماد، خودكارآمدي، انگيزه و صفات پنجگانه شخصيتي بر رفتار به اشتراك گذاري دانش ضمني انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل مديران و معلمان مدارس اقليد است. جهت انتخاب حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران با جامعه اي متشكل از 900 نفر، 270 نفر به شيوه نمونه گيري طبقه اي متناسب يا حجم انتخاب گرديدند. براي جمع آوري داده هاي پژوهش از پرسش نامه هاي صفات پنج گانه شخصيتي ماتزلر و همكاران(2008)؛ ته و همكاران(2011)؛ اعتماد كوك و وال (1980)؛ خودكارآمدي چن و همكاران(2001)؛ انگيزه اخوان و همكاران(2013)؛ رفتار اشتراك گذاري دانش ضمني كامينگز(2004) استفاده گرديد. روايي محتوايي ابزار توسط خبرگان و پايايي با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ بررسي و تاييد گرديد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين اعتماد، خودكارآمدي، انگيزه، برونگرايي، روان جوري و ثبات، وظيفه شناسي و وجدان كاري، سازگاري، گشودگي و استقبال از تجربه با رفتار به اشتراك گذاري دانش ضمني رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of trust, self-efficacy, and motivation and five-personality traits on the tacit knowledge sharing behavior. The research method is descriptive and quantitative research in terms of applied purpose and method of data collection and data collection. The statistical population of the study is Euclid school principals and teachers. To select the sample size, using the Cochran formula with a community of 900 people, 270 were selected by proportional or volume sampling method. Survey data and questionnaire tools were used to collect the research data. A total of 300 questionnaires containing 5 variables on the Likert scale were distributed. 287 questionnaires were filled out with follow-up and 17 incomplete questionnaires. Finally, data analysis was performed on 270 questionnaires. In order to investigate the validity of the questionnaire, content validity method was used by experts and formal validity, for reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha test and for verifying the construct validity of the research tool, confirmatory factor analysis was used using the spss and Amos software. The results of this study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between trust, self-efficacy, motivation, extraversion, emotional stability, conscientiousness and conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness and acceptance of experience, with the sharing behavior of tacit knowledge.
