پيش بيني كيفيت تدريس معلمان بر اساس ذهنيت فلسفي و سرمايه روانشناختي

Predicting the teaching quality of teachers based on philosophical mindedness and psychological capital

هدف از تحقيق تبيين رابطه ذهنيت فلسفي و سرمايه روانشناختي با كيفيت تدريس معلمان ابتدايي بود. تحقيق از نظر هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي معلمان ابتدايي شهر بجنورد (1814 نفر) مي‌باشد كه از نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي براي نمونه گيري استفاده شد (حجم نمونه 253 نفر). ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه هاي ذهنيت فلسفي (جهانگيري،1393)، سرمايه روانشناختي لوتانز (2007) و كيفيت تدريس(2003) كه ميزان آلفاي كرونباخ آنها به ترتيب 0/91-0/87-0/71 بود. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي شامل ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون گام به گام با كمك نرم افزار SPSS 23 استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه همبستگي بين سرمايه روانشناختي و ذهنيت فلسفي معلمان با 0/18 و ذهنيت فلسفي با كيفيت تدريس معلمان برابر با 0/14 بوده كه مي‌توان گفت در سطح اطمينان 95 درصد معنادار مي‌باشد، ولي همبستگي بين سرمايه روانشناختي با كيفيت تدريس معلمان برابر با 0/7 بوده كه با توجه به سطح معناداري زير 5 درصد، معنادار نمي‌باشد.

The purpose of the research was to explain the relationship between philosophical mindedness and psychological capital with the teaching quality of elementary teachers. The purpose of the research was applied research, and in terms of method, it was a correlational description. The statistical population includes all the elementary teachers of Bojnord city (1814 people), stratified random sampling was used for sampling (sample size 253 people). Research tools include philosophical mindset questionnaires (Jehangiri, 2013), Lutans psychological capital (2007) and teaching quality (2003), whose Cronbach's alpha values ​​were 0.71-0.87-0.91, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Pearson's correlation coefficient and step-by-step regression were used with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results show that the correlation between psychological capital and teachers' philosophical mindset is 0.18 and philosophical mindedness with teachers' teaching quality is 0.14, which can be said to be significant at the 95% confidence level, but the correlation between psychological capital and teachers' teaching quality is It is 0.7 which is not significant due to the significance level below 5%.
