ترسيم سناريوهاي پيش روي فرصت ها و تهديدهاي قوم گرايي عربي در ارتباط با امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Drawing scenarios for the opportunities and threats of Arab ethnocentrism in relation to the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran

امنيت ملي شرط اوليه و البته مهم ترين شرط حفظ، بقا، پيشرفت و ترقي هر كشور در همه ي زمينه هاست. براي پيش بيني وضعيت امنيتي كشور در سال هاي آتي توجه به وضعيت قومي و چالش هاي قومي كاملا ضروري است. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق ترسيم سناريوهاي پيش روي فرصت ها و تهديدات قوم گرايي عربي در ارتباط با امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. اين تحقيق از نظر ماهيت و هدف، كاربردي و از نظر نوع روش، توصيفي-پيمايشي و با توجه به آينده پژوهانه بودن پژوهش، اكتشافي نيز مي باشد. بدين منظور عوامل موثر در حوزه قوم گرايي عربي با استفاده از روش پايش محيطي و مرور مطالعات تخصصي اين حوزه شناسايي و در قالب پرسشنامه ماتريس در اختيار 15 نفر از خبرگان قرار گرفت. متغيرهاي به دست آمده به روش ماتريس متقاطع و با استفاده از نرم افزار ميك مك، طيف بندي گرديده و ضمن اخذ نظرات خبرگان با استفاده از نرم افزار سناريوويزارد مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته بود و در نهايت سناريوهاي محتمل و سازگار شناسايي و استخراج گرديد. يافته هاي حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد سناريوي شماره يك قوي ترين و محتمل ترين سناريوي به دست آمده از نرم افزار سناريو ويزارد است.سناريوي شماره يك از 7 وضعيت تشكيل شده كه 6 وضعيت از وضعيت هاي محتمل وضعيت ميانه و ادامه روند موجود و 1 وضعيت يعني(كاهش ريزگردها) وضعيت مطلوب مي باشد.

National security is the basic condition and, of course, the most important condition for the preservation, survival, progress and development of any country in all fields. In order to predict the security situation of the country in the coming years, it is absolutely necessary to pay attention to the ethnic situation and ethnic challenges. The purpose of this study is to outline scenarios for the opportunities and threats of Arab ethnicity in relation to the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran.This research is applied in terms of nature and purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method and due to the futuristic nature of the research, it is also exploratory. For this purpose, the effective factors in the field of Arab ethnocentrism were identified using the method of environmental monitoring and reviewing specialized studies in this field and were provided to 15 experts in the form of a matrix questionnaire. The obtained variables were spectroscopically cross-sectionalized using Mick Mac software and analyzed using scenario wizard software while obtaining expert opinions, and finally possible and compatible scenarios were identified and extracted.The findings of this study showed that scenario number one is the strongest and most probable scenario obtained from Wizard scenario software. Condition means (reduction of fine dust) is the desired condition.
