بررسي ماهيت تجربه زيسته مديران در آموزش و پرورش ايران

Investigating the nature of lived experience of managers in Iranian education

اين پژوهش به بررسي ماهيت تجربه زيسته مديران در آموزش و پرورش ايران مي پردازد. اين تحقيق در زمره تحقيقات كيفي است كه با شيوه پديدار شناختي از نوع تجربه زيسته صورت پذيرفته است. روش گردآوري اطلاعات به صورت مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته بوده كه هر مصاحبه بين 30 تا 45 دقيقه به طول انجاميده است. در اين پژوهش از روش نمونه گيري غير احتمالي و هدفمند به روش گلوله برفي و قاعده اشباع استفاده شد لذا با تعداد 8 نفر از مديران مدارس مصاحبه صورت پذيرفت و اشباع داده ها حاصل شد . اين پژوهش به بررسي روايت هاي تعدادي از مديران آموزش و پرورش و تجربه زيسته آنان در طول دوران مديريتشان پرداخته است. پژوهش مورد نظر روايي است و به انگاره تحقيقات كيفي و تفسير گرايانه تعلق دارد. منبع داده‌هاي اين پژوهش از تجربه زيسته ي مديران با سابقه در طول مديريت آنان در آموزش و پرورش به دست آمد. در واقع نتايج نشان داد كه مديران آموزش و پرورش با داشتن توان مديريتي بالا، اشراف كامل نسبت به وجوه مميزه دانش آموزان استثنايي در مقايسه با دانش آموزان مدارس عادي، پروراندان برخي صفات در خود به عنوان ضرورت هاي فردي، قدرت به كارگيري تجارب خود در دوران مديريتي مي توانند مديران توانمند و لايقي براي آموزش و پرورش تلقي شوند.

This study examines the nature of the lived experience of the principals in the schools of the ministry of education in Iran. Appreciating the experience of the principals in the management of schools will open a new horizon for educational administration on which the conceptual model of educational administration, policies, and strategic and operational programs will be developed by managers of organization. This research is qualitative that have been done with the phenomenological method of lived experience. The data collection method was semi-structured; each interview lasted between 30 and 45 minutes. Nonprobability and purposive sampling by snowball method and saturation rule was applied for this research through interviews with 8 school principals. This study examines the narratives of a number of exceptional school principals and their lived experiences during their administration. The research in question is narrative and is considered ​​qualitative and interpretive research. The source of the data in this study is the lived experience of these eight managers during their management period. Data analysis showed that exceptional school principals with high managerial ability possess thorough knowledge about the distinctive qualities of exceptional students compared with ordinary students. Developing some positive personal traits and using their managerial experiences would render them into capable and competent principals for exceptional schools.
