الگوي سياست‌گذاري دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران از ديدگاه امامين انقلاب

The effect of efficiency factors of the Islamic Republic on the formulation of the strategy of conceptual use of the internal part of the Islamic Revolution with spiritual emphasis of Imam Khamenei

در اين پژوهش سعي شده است تا با استفاده از نظريه داده بنياد ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي تأثيرگذار در سياست‌گذاري دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران از ديدگاه امام خميني(رحمت ا... عليه) و رهبر معظم انقلاب(مدظله ­العالي) استخراج گردد. براي اين ‌منظور از آمار توصيفي (بررسي فراواني، ميانگين و ...) و آمار استنباطي (مقايسه اهميت ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي اين حوزه با مقدار ميانگين به كمك آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي) استفاده شد و براي بررسي وجود همبستگي بين ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي اين حوزه از آزمون همبستگي اسپيرمن گرفته شد. همچنين، براي رتبه‌بندي اين ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها بر اساس ميزان اهميت و اثر در اين حوزه از آزمون فريدمن بر روي‌داده‌هاي احصا شده از پرسشنامه‌ها كمك گرفته شد. جامعه آماري شامل خبرگان، صاحب‌نظران و كارشناسان و متخصصاني كه در مراكز علمي و پژوهشي در اين زمينه فعاليت دارند مي‌باشد. با توجه به تحليل‌ها تعداد پنج بعد، پانزده مؤلفه و 45 شاخص احصاء و تبيين گرديد. با پرداختن به مؤلفه‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده حوزه كه همان مؤلفه‌هاي ديپلماسي، استقلال، آرمان‌خواهي، وجوب دفاع، دفاع همه‌جانبه، شهادت‌طلبي، دشمن‌شناسي، كار جهادي، ابتكار و خلاقيت، تقوا مردمي سازي، بصيرت، تربيت و آموزش و استحكام دروني و مقابله جدي با متغيرهاي بازدارنده همچون تحريم‌ها، وابستگي، تهديدات، دنيا‌طلبي و فساد نتايجي مانند بازدارندگي و اقتدار دفاعي حاصل خواهد گرديد.

One of the goals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran is conceptual use of Islamic knowledge and values ​​in all pillars of the system and at different levels of the people. One of the most important factors that can achieve this holy goal is the efficiency of the holy system of the Islamic Republic.In political science, efficiency or effectiveness indicates the ability to run a country by competent managers and perform the special work of government specialties and gain the maximum satisfaction of the people. In present study using descriptive-analytical methods and applied type, an attempt has been made to ask the question "What is the effect of efficient factors on the formulation of the internal conceptual using strategy of the Islamic Revolution?" to be answered. For this purpose, in order to confirm the enumerated factors on the development of the above strategy, two types of questionnaires were completely distributed among a statistical population of 40 people and after gathering datas from the statistical population data analysis and Friedman test were used for analyzing. The results include 29 factors affecting the efficiency of the system (10 factors of strength, 5 factors of weakness, 9 factors of opportunity and 5 factors of threat) for deepening (conceptual using) the internal part of the Islamic Revolution.
