دوزبانگي در نظام آموزشي ايران (بررسي اجمالي عملكرد تحصيلي، هويت و تطبيق با نظام هاي آموزشي ساير كشور ها)

Bilingualism in Iranian Educational system

مقاله حاضر به تعريف اجمالي از دوزبانگي و برنامه‌هاي آموزش دوزبانگي مي‌پردازد. اين مقاله همچنين تعدادي از مطالعات و بررسي‌هاي انجام‌شده در ايران و جهان در ارتباط با تأثيرات آموزش دوزبانه و اهميت زبان مادري را به‌صورت خلاصه ارائه مي‌دهد. سياست و برنامه‌ريزي دوزباني و آموزشي ايران به‌صورت خلاصه موردنقد و ارزيابي قرار مي‌گيرد. بخش عمده مطلب به بررسي سيستم آموزش دوزبانه و مدل‌هاي آن و همچنين تطبيق سيستم آموزشي ايران با نظام آموزشي كشورهاي مطرح در سيستم آموزشي ازجمله سوئد و سوئيس اختصاص دارد. همچنين يكي از محتواي اين مقاله بررسي اهميت تدريس زبان بومي دوزبانه‌ها است. لذا نياز به تدريس زبان بومي از سه چشم‌انداز مطالعه شده است. در رويكرد علمي شرايط لازم براي دوزبانه‌ها براي بهره‌مندي از امتيازها و تأثيرهاي مثبت دوزبانگي (مثل كنترل شناختي، خلاقيت و حل مسئله) تبيين مي‌گردد. رويكرد دوم به مسئوليت سياست‌گذاران زبان فرهنگي در دو محور بوم‌شناسي زبان و هويت مي‌پردازد. رويكرد سياسي با بررسي دو مقوله «چالش‌هاي بين‌المللي و خارجي» و «چالش‌هاي داخلي» به ارتباط تنگاتنگ زبان و سياست اشاره‌كرده، بر لزوم بازنگري در سياست زباني و عدالت آموزشي تأكيد مي‌كند.

This article investigates the bilingualism, mother tongue education and its role in the educational system including the bilingual environments. It also takes into consideration the brief definition of bilingualism and bilingual education programs. The paper also summarizes a number of studies conducted in Iran and the world regarding the impact of bilingual education and the importance of their native language. Language and education policy and planning of Iran are briefly reviewed and evaluated in the current study. Much study is devoted to investigate the bilingual education system and the educational system as well as the implementation of the education system in countries such as Sweden and Switzerland. The content of this article examines the importance of bilingual teaching in the native language. The need to teach the native language was investigated by three prospects. In The scientific approach, conditions necessary for Bilinguals to benefit from the positive effects was investigated (eg , cognitive control, creativity and problem solving) . The second approach is related to the responsibility of policy makers of cultural language in ecology-based and identity matters. Political approach referred to the close relationship between language and politics, language and educational justice by examining the two papers' international challenges and external "and" internal challenges. It also underlines the need to review the policy.
